We hired Freshy for redesign of our site. The site was small, less than 10 pages with re-use of the copy from the existing site for the most part. My ratings: Designs Presented - Average, Staff - Great, Understanding of my business by the person working on the site and how to present that on page - Below Average, Time to Deliver - Poor, Development Price - A Little Bit High, Hosting Costs - A Little Bit High, Follow Up Service - Great. Make sure you get a scheduled before you pay, that should include all of the milestones, designs presented, initial development, bug fixes, implementation, etc. so you know how long it is going to take. Freshy - perhaps just make this part of your standard process, provide every customer with a timeline. Too often I didn't know when the next step would be completed.
