If you're looking for a coworker in space with big meeting rooms, a podcast recording studio, a well-spaced hot desk to conform with COVID, access to a community manager and close to a print marketing solution, then Oakville's Staples Studio is the right space for you. This place is ideal for entrepreneurs, content creators, writers, consultants and freelancers working on their project, but does not require a dedicated office space. However, they do have office spaces for rent as well on a monthly basis. Because there's no yearly contract, this place is also ideal for launching your short-term and long-term projects. I highly recommend this place. I have recorded a podcast episode here. It's easy to booked and the Kapil, the community manager, helped me get familiarized with the equipment. The system is easy to use, and the software is very intuitive. There are four microphones, so you can conceivably bring in one or two guests; you and your guests need to sign a standard COVID screening questionnaire. The hot desks area is quiet and feels homey with plants stationed in certain sections. They're also well-spaced out to project so that you can concentrate. Should you need a break, there are restaurants and shops nearby that you can go to. I am very impressed with how big the meeting rooms are and how the space's layout. The fee that you're going to pay to go and work in the space is nothing compared to the productivity that you'll produce.

Needed last-minute private office space with a good Internet connection. Staples Studio more than fit the bill. The space was clean, quiet, great Internet, easy access, 24/7 with FOB, plus kitchen with free coffee, tea and use of a fridge. Perfect for those looking to escape their home offices these days. Kapil was excellent - very professional, flexible and accommodating. Strongly recommend to others!

I'm a regular member of the Toronto Staples Studio co-working space, but when I'm in-between Toronto and other cities west (e.g. Hamilton, Kitchener), I make it a point to stop by at their Staples Oakville location. Nicely well-lit desks, awesome community manager (Kapil - ask him to give you a tour of the podcast studio, which is pretty slick), and really friendly co-work spacemates (it's also an Oakville thing, I think the smaller city pace is even more conducive to meaningful conversations). I also have used their Spotlight auditorium-style space to deliver some workshops, and it has been a pleasure to host my clients there. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the Oakville area!

We use Staples Studio Oakville to record our podcast, Members of the Chamber. We are very impressed with the podcast studio facility. We are able to continue to record podcast episodes during COVID-19, with their health and safety measures in place. They do a great job following Public Health guidelines and ensuring we feel safe. The technology in the podcast studio also allows us to record our guests remotely over the phone. We love working with Studio Manager Kapil Ghai.

Very good clean office space, quiet, access to fast internet, small kitchen. They have booths to take conference calls, and they are horrible, there is minimal space to layout paper, or write notes while on a phone call or video call.

Love working in this space. It's professional, yet super relaxed. The space is clean and comfortable to work in and I love the variety of sitting and standing desks to work and move around. The amenities are great and convenient as well. As a self-employed, remote worker, this space gives me a solid place to work from other than my home and my productivity levels shoot through the roof here. Staples, in their rebranding, has created opportunity and support for the community to come together. The Oakville location has further supported the rebrand to create Staples Studio shared work space. It's bright and fresh, lots of natural light, live plants, contemporary fixtures and clean lines. The space feels comfortable and offers private workspaces as well as desks out in the open! Such a great place for those who need to work remotely and find working from home too tough to manage!!! As a founding member of the Staples Studio co working shared office space I have been delighted with the overall experience for the past 12 months. The space is perfectly located at the corner of Dorval/QEW and has all the amenities surrounding that make a convenient office space to come to every day. I would highly recommend the space for anyone that is looking to get out of the house as "work from home" becomes more prevalent. The facility has a kitchen with free tea/coffee for members and has numerous desks you can work from. There are other aspects of the studio which you can take advantage of as well including a podcast studio, so if anyone is interested in becoming a member, I would highly recommend reaching out to Kapil Ghai the Manager of the Staples Studio Community.

A superb place to work. Great staff and friendly people to network with (or just complain about the weather to). Work from home? Get out of your Jammie Jams and head on over and enjoy excellent coffee (really it's good) and a fresh vibe. There is a boardroom you can rent, a great space for talks and presentations, and even a podcast room you can become and internet sensation in. And if you need paper clips, Staples is a doorway away. Great space to work out of, lots of space to settle with your equipment and focus. Accommodations are really nice. Staples has created something really remarkable with their co-working space. The environment is spacious, well-designed and inviting. The Staples Studio Oakville is very impressive. With my work I've used the Spotlight room for a Facebook Live event (using their camera and microphones) and the podcast studio room. The technology is state of the art and very easy to use! The sound recording in the podcast room is so crisp. The entire team there is very helpful, but my main contact there is Kapil. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for you!

Where to begin!! My experience with Staples Oakville location started out with my interaction with the store manager. Later in the year (September) I came in contact with the director of the studios, unexpectedly. One of my greatest experience in both instances. I used the ‘Spotlight’ room and it was awesome. What would have been a lost opportunity, the Manager Alex and Kapil came to the rescue following a computer that would not start and a newly bought monitor that would not show my PowerPoint . It had all the technology, screens, wiring and sound dampening needed to facilitate our meeting. The location was very clean and had a nice modern touch to it. Although I have a home office and at times a clients business office, it is great to have a place to go 24/7 to be able to focus on a project when the home office is for some reason not conducive. Great kitchen area so you can bring lunch, private phone booths for skyping or ....Nice place to meet people rather than a coffee shop, definitely more suitable. The networking and just having other people around is refreshing. Everything I need except the overhead, and a Staples Store and all the services they supply just outside the door if I need something. I was lucky to be part of the first location when Staples Studio Began. Now they've grow to 5 locations and more coming. Been too all locations and find the Oakville location the best as it is run by kapil Ghai. This young individual is accommodating and professional and at the same time very easy to approach. This location has a patio for outdoor work unlike other locations and most tables can be adjusted to different heights. There is no MOS MOS coffee shop unlike the university location but they make up for in free outdoor parking. Worked at many co-working locations like Wework and Regus but nothings beats staples and its simplicity. All locations are 24hours and offer coffee that is better then Starbucks in my opinion. Most of all there is a feeling of COMMUNITY with staples studio which I just don't find in other office spaces.

I love this space! It’s so great when you want to be productive but have a hard time focusing and feeling motivated at home. It’s so easy to access and the layout offers a space for everyone’s preference. Plus you can never go wrong with complimentary tea and coffee and being right next to Elxr Juice Bar when you want a yummy treat! Also, the Community Manager, Kapil, is very warm and welcoming. He gave us a tour of the space, and even made sure to let us know about the cool motivational events now happening virtually through the coworking space! Highly recommend giving it a try!

Great Location...Close to Metro, Dollarama, Winners, all-you-can-eat-Sushi, the QEW & more. Their affiliation with Goodlife is a great perk. Podcast Studio is pretty cool too. Go Raptors!

I recently signed up for a membership as I started new employment that is entirely remote. I love this space! It's really bright, spacious and inviting. The private phone booths are great when you need to step away for a work call. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with a nespresso machine and great drip coffee! I really enjoy working out of this space. It's convenient that the Staples store is right next door for printing, shipping and office supplies. And Kapil is great and super helpful!

What a awesome idea!! I showed up because I had an interview and did not want to be disturbed at home, nor did I want my Zoom call to freeze up. The space was the perfect venue for what I wanted to do. Kapil is also the perfect host. He's friendly and puts everyone at ease. I have already told a few people about the space @ Staples.
