Wow.. I couldn`t be more impressed with these guys. I've tried other companies before to design and host my realtor website and they come nowhere near in comparison to what InCom provides me. To get the site I wanted, I found myself having to pay a bunch of extra money to get all these little add ons here and there.. these added up FAST. I was paying way too much for a site I still wasn't fully satisfied with. With InCom, what you get with their standard web package is honestly everything I need and more. So far I have not had to add on anything, this site gives me everything I need and I'm learning about more features each day. John from the sales team is one of the most helpful people I have ever spoken to!! Another big plus for me is their amazing support team. Getting proper support from the "other guys" I found could be a challenge at times and when I did get it, I didn't feel they were as helpful as they could be. These guys are super friendly and help guide me as if they're sitting next to me looking at my screen. Anyhow, highly recommend InCom.. with their fair pricing, complete product and helpful support, my realtor website has finally found it's permanent home. Yes I know I talk a lot, I'm a salesman :)

“I have tried several website providers over the past 8-10 years. There was always something missing, and it limited me in terms of any customization I wanted and the lead generation simply was not working as well as I hoped it would. Just 18 months prior I had a custom website built and although it was a great looking site, it was not producing any leads. When I heard about InCom I viewed some of their sample sites, called and spoke with a sales rep and decided to try them. It's the best decision I've made. Within a month of my site being live I started receiving leads… and I love the way the follow up is automatic, and there are a variety of follow up campaigns available depending on what kind of lead you get. You can also can customize the campaign email content. I can track each visitor and see which listings they are looking at, how many times they looked at them, etc., which provides me great insight as to how to best follow up with them. I have been able to add some customization to my site to make it unique. I have to say the Technical Support is OUTSTANDING!! It's simply the best customer service I have experienced. Whatever changes I wanted to make, they made it happen... and they are always there to answer any questions I have and are always cheerful and happy to assist. I would highly recommend them… you won't be disappointed! AND... you will get results.”

I just want to point out one thing. Hope this tips can help my fellow colleagues and other agents friends. Be extra careful when your renewal time is approaching. Give at least 30 days notice. Let me remind everyone. When you subscribe, you will get an subscription confirmation email, and on the bottom, below the fees, it clearly says (like the screenshot here), quote here" Your credit card will be charged on the anniversary of your last subscription date, unless it has been canceled PRIOR TO the Renewal Date." Seem normal, if you read it, you almost feel like as long as you cancel prior to renewal date, you wont be charged, right? Wrong! And you will NOT receive a notification reminder when a subscription will be renewed (so that you may forget to cancel). And you are required at least 30 days notice time. But funny that nobody tells you or mentions to you ever about this 30 day requirement. It is only can be found in their fine print on their website. (who is reading whole terms & conditions anyway? ) I understand what they say that the 30 day cancellation notice prevent website contents etc etc etc. But why don't' you give this message visible to agents? Why not send a reminder email 30 days prior to next billing year? Why only put it as fine print in the website? As an internet provider, it is so easy to do so, but you elect not to do but purposely misleading agents. It is also very unpleasant experience to ask for refund as well. The lady in the billing department really gave me a difficult time. (same as an earlier review). I have to call multiple times to sort out a small issue. If you want to retain the clients, it is not the way to do so. I also want to give comments on the leads generation. Over the last whole year I use them, I did not get any lead. I did not actively promote the website so it is not entirely their fault. And to to be fair, their drip campaign is fine. They have also built in CRM but I did not try it. Other than that, all the website contents and data use like DLA、VOW、IDX, DDF the same as others. Overall, I will not recommend it to any of my agent friends.

I like my Incom Real Estate website. The sites are user friendly, have a lot of viewer information, get indexed by Google easily and are very affordable. Especially compared to other real estate website companies that charge 10x the amount with less features. I can't give Incom Real Estate five stars for two reasons: the sites are slow to load. Slow loading websites get penalized by Google, plus viewers will leave and go somewhere else. The other reason is the CRM is okay for those prospects that sign up from my website. For prospects that you enter manually the CRM is not an effective tool. I had to subscribe to a CRM service that is more robust.

Totally terrible service!!!I asked for stop the service on the end of March, the accountant ask me to sent an email to her and then i did. After i sent the email, they charged me one more time through my credit card, and i called and ask for the reason, being told need to send the cancellation to the other email address!!!why you didn't tell me at the first beginning!!! My banker told me the company charged me twice on April, after i told them stop the service. and then i call the accounting department , she told me there is 30 days notice to end the contract. Sigh...Hard to deal with..I will never use their service again,period.

There is a reason they are less expensive than others. They don't bother to tell you that there will be an additional fee for your RETS feed. Mine is $150 PER MONTH in Phoenix, AZ. What's a RETS feed?? Yeah, they don't explain that part until you give them all your info, your money, and have them set up a site for you. Then you get an email with a long list of instructions you have to follow to FINISH your website. You are not handed a complete ready to go site! Your RETS feed is what pulls from MLS so you can have it on your site. In AZ, each broker is given 5 free feeds but they do not give those to agents to use - you have to PAY $150 TO START AND $150 PER MONTH afterward. You'll also have to update your own images, content, etc. This is more of a DIY website build than I signed up for and I've worked in digital marketing for 15 yrs. You get what you pay for. They take your money on the spot, but when you cancel, of course it's 5-7 business days (which equates to 2 weeks in real life) Stay away unless you have tech experience, you are a broker w/a FREE feed, or you want to spend $45 + $150/mo for RETS.
