The idea factory is a the worst marketing company in St. John's, they overcharge for inferior service, claim that they can do all kinds of wonderful things like web design, seo, social media ETC... your typical "jack of all trades" but masters of none... About the best Idea I can give you is move on... there's lots of more qualified and professional marketing companies out there than this one... that will look out for the clients best interest not there own!!!

Very unprofessional. Had a great meeting with their staff and we were moving forward. After silence for multiple days I reached out to them only to find out they had not worked on anything for us due to a conflict of interest they had known about for days. A conflict of interest they didn't let us know about until I contacted them. Perhaps they purposely delayed us to help their current customer, who knows. Just very unprofessional for an agency with such a good reputation. Go elsewhere if you're looking for professional and trustworthy work.
