I have worked with ICS on the creation of a website and the management of said website and one other. The website creation process went fairly quickly thanks to their ability to add us to their Slack channel. Once the websites are done though, they don't stop. Every time I have an edit that I can't figure out myself or when an issue arises, they are on the ball and respond right away. Tuck has been in business for 10 years and throughout that time we've always cobbled together our website, rarely if ever focused on our 'online presence.' All of our time and energy was concentrated on providing the best in 'in person' rather than virtual experience! However, during the pandemic (yes, the on-going, two year pandemic!) it became clear to us that we had to up our online game in a hurry. ICS Creative Agency was our logical choice.
