My opinion: Stop looking, hire this company. This may come off as a sponsored review, please believe me it is not and I warmly and honestly welcome anyone to contact me for verification. I found LYNK after a couple of frustrating failed attempts working with other similar local companies. I wasted money, worse, I lost time. I do not have time to waste, I'm sure you don't either. The key role of outsourcing projects is to take the load off one's own plate while having it hopefully done better than inhouse. Loretta with LYNK gained my confidence from the very first phone call and continued to deliver throughout the process. A web page, it's look, feel and message is very conceptual. We had our vision of course but with Loretta's experience and guidance, the final product was/is better than what I could have hoped for. Why 5 Stars?: #1 reason: LYNK made it easy. As a business that is what we want, no? Honest and open communication. Actually listened, processed and provided experienced feedback. Made me feel like I was an important and valuable part of the process. Provides the product on a platform that provides us ease of interaction and editing abilities into the future....a fantastic feature! Loretta is out of touch and archaic! Not up to date on how to make a website, she did not complete her job and was unresponsive to what the needs of the job are. She does not care about her client, She talks a lot about herself and how successful she is (or was) and how she ran a big business, and does a lot of name dropping. She is unprofessional and not helpful and not a leader in her industry. She is trying to make a quick buck and will take your money and run if she feels she can get away with it, and if you are a small business, this is perfect for her as you are vulnerable and easy. Zero integrity. What goes around comes around— right? — Or I hope she pays back what she owes and doesn’t just try to delete the bad review because it’s a bad review!
