I was very nervous about handing over control of my website, it's redesign and SEO to someone (as a web designer myself) knowing how critical it is to our bottom line and how many "crappy" unprofessional, uneducated, unethical web site creators there are out there. A website can make or break a business in this new digital age. We asked Graham to create a custom website that we were very particular about. He was responsive, creative, detailed and patient with the process.
