Brian at 368Durham was a life saver. We went through a few web designers with great frustration in the beginning. After the initial conversation with Brian we thought he sounded “ too good to be true”. He was very understanding of our previous frustrations and assured us he would deliver on our needs. That he did. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He went way above the call of duty in seeing us through to our finished product. From what I have seen , Brian works very hard and has a real drive for learning. He does not hide behind emails and customer relations software. He was willing to meet with us in person which was very important to us. He custom coded most of the site but put the site in a Wordpress Content Management System so it would be user friendly for us. Many web designers will not do this because they like to keep the “umbilical cord “ attached to the client for additional ongoing income. We are not complete neophytes when it comes to web design and my wife and I have have both built a few sites of our own so we know a good developer when we see one.The needs of this site were far above our personal abilities. Brian is amazing and we will continue to use his services in the future as we grow!

Brian and his team at 368 Durham are the best WordPress maintenance, coding and troubleshooting company we've dealt with since our site first launched in 2018. We've been using their monthly maintenance package for the past 6 months and we couldn't be happier. We've tried 1 other company before we switched to 368 Durham and honestly it was a gong show with them. The previous company charged double what 368 charges per month and outsourced everything to India or Pakistan I later found out. I'm sorry, but with website maintenance and design it's best to go local, if not local, at least a Canadian company. You might pay a few dollars less hiring someone from India, but do you want someone you can't get a hold of having complete access to your website and poking around in there whenever they want? 368 had been very responsive to all tasks/updates required on our site. When something needs to get done, and done right, you can depend on 368 Durham. If you're on the fence about hiring 368 Durham, give them a try you won't be disappointed!
