3 Amigos does some pretty good fajitas and tacos, everything you would expect from a mexican/texmex restaurant this far north. This location is open until 1 AM so if for some reason you absolutely need a taco at midnight they got you covered.

Nice casual place to enjoy a great meal with friends. They have 89cents tacos on Sundays if you buy a drink! The service was amazing. I was served by a gentleman called Andrew. He had a great attitude and responded quickly whenever we needed more water or salsa. ????

One of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to! Great patio in the summer and wide selection on the menu. Food: the chimichangas, burritos and tacos were all amazing options! Huge portion sizes! The guac dip and nachos were really delicious too. Drinks: got the margaritas. The 3 amigos size is a must try experience if you are with a couple of friends- it is MASSIVE Great spot in Montreal to have good food and drinks.

Really bad service. They were not even able to have their Vaxicode reader function at the door. You hear restaurant owners complain about how these sanitary measures supposedly drive down business while poor implementation on their end is the real culprit.

Despite the presentation of their takeout, the food was pretty average for a 3 Amigos. You're better off going to the authentic Mexican joints nearby. The waiter who served me was nice up until I paid the bill (I paid the bill upfront and then waited for my food), then they couldn't care less about anything (yes, I tipped).

Amazing 5 star experience I've had at this place. Staff: kind and very helpful in answering our questions as it kay have been our first time trying a true Mexican restaurant. Food: it tasted amazing. Especially the burrito. I eat halal so they do serve selective halal meat. Cheddar cheese is normally not halal so they recommended to change it to feta as they did not have only mozzarella which was sad for me but it worked out all perfect as the food tasted amazing

Debating whether I wanted to put 2 starts, or 3. The wait was excruciating — not being seating, but being noticed. The waitress walked by us multiple times for at least 45 minutes before coming to us, when she finally decided to take our order she was nice. Buy waiting almost an hour to get an order taken is ridiculous especially when others who showed up before us was getting served without an issue. The food was okay, I enjoyed it but between that and the service I recieved I wouldn't return, it just isn't worth it.

Had to wait a long time for ordering the drinks, then 20 minutes to get them and they weren't even what we ordered in the first place, then more waiting to get the food and when it came it was extremely cold (we had tortilla soup and tacos), the staff is friendly but they need to get back ups, the manager need to get his job done here, not going back!

Huge portions but the food is average, the margiratas however are wonderful. The music was a bit to loud to have a conversation within a group of 6 people but the servers kept on top of there service. The food tastes average compared to other Mexican restuarants but definately go for the drinks.

I went there with a last minute reservation. The one who answered barely could hear me and himself told me the phone he has was bad. We get there, get seated quite fast. The music is way too loud. We can't hear the waiter because of his masks (yes he had a mask and a visor) and the waiter can't hear us because of the music. We order, and it comes pretty fast. There were 10 calamaris, which I found too little. And they served me the wrong salad! They still charged me for the salad even though it was the wrong one. The salad wasn't that great. When it came time to pay, he asked us if he could put 15%, even though we had to ask him for water, and it took forever for him to come take our order.

Incredible service, great food, very warm and engaging staff. There was heavy rainfall just as we were leaving and the Manager stopped us, went to the back and brought us large garbage bags to cover ourselves from the rain. I would recommend this restaurant everyone.

Food was good, but there were a lot of black fruit flies around. One of our plates had rice as a side order and it was cold. Missing stuff on the menu such as Jalapeños or diet sodas. Tacos de Birria didn't had consome. Will not come back.

We came here on a Friday night and it was busy! We were seated quickly and ordered drinks and food. The tacos were so good! We ordered Lamb Birria Tacos and Beef Birria Tacos. They were the perfect spice and size. The side of fries that came with the beef ones were amazing. Overall, the service was a bit slow and the drinks came out after our food. The menus were also a bit sticky. I would come back and try their other dishes!

They don't care if you order on Uber, if they got a lot of order you'll wait 2 hours for your food and last time i waited almost 2 hours and didn't get the right order, when i called them they told me they got a lot of orders, that was their excuse so they don't care if you're regular or not, I'm not gonna order from them anymore.

Food was great. Many items on the menu were not available and there are discrepancies between the online menu and the actual plasticised menu. Someone needs to clean this place up, for example, the paper menu had quite a big coriander leaf dried on it, the wine glass was so bad I had to return it. My waiter did not have much experience, but polite and trying his best.

This place has halal meat! (Double check when you go. Don't just take my word for it.) Super friendly staff. Food is really delicious. They have great non-alcoholic drinks selection. I think also good selection of alcoholic beverages. They use to have daily specials pre-covid, and I hope they bring it back. They are clean. They clean after each guest leaves. It made me appreciate their establishment.

We visited 3 Amigos during the Rock Party so we expected to have to wait for food and service but we were pleasantly surprised. They were packed but my yummy margarita came out fast as well as our quesadillas. Our server was friendly and checked on us several times. We really enjoyed our experience.

I ate there several times now, the food is delicious. However all the staff I talked to is rude, whether it was in person or over the phone. They don't know what good customer service is. The only nice person on staff is the girl with a Zelda tatoo - kudos to her.

I have already been to this place twice and I always return back for more. This is a delightful place with excellent food and helpful staff. My recommendation: Do try the bulldog drink. This time I tried a pulled chicken taco with a malibu-mint cocktail. Would visit again.

Good Mexican food with lots of flavor! They usually give Salsa and chips after you order the food, that salsa is the best salsa I have ever tried. The restaurant is located at the prime location and decor is very pleasant. I am taking one star down from the review due to its poor service. It is understood that the place is busy but we had to wait really long for to place the order, ask water and check. It is worth to try this place for their food.

The food was good, especially the corn entree but it took nearly an hour to receive our food at lunch on a Saturday and the restaurant was half empty. I enjoyed the fajitas. But they were very thrifty on the free chips and salsa. And the seafood salad my companion had was lacking in ... seafood... the other plates were all appreciated.

It is what it is, standard Mexican dîner that unfortunately, has not aged well over the years. Food is good, portions are huge and reasonably priced and staff are friendly. But now with such a high rate of great Mexican restaurants in Montréal, this place simply feels old and dated.

Amazing food, I’ve never had a burrito with that much chicken in it and I always order extra meat with my dishes. It’s a busy place so I couldn’t have expected super punctual service but the servers were as fast as they could be and the food came out very quickly. I’m from Toronto so they were friendly and recommended nice drinks and food dishes to get. I was seated very quickly. Highly recommend this place if you’re stopping by in Montreal, amazing authentic foods and a nice environment... ps they also play the sports games on the tv so a good stop for food, drinks, and some basketball.

Cold, sloppy, and mediocre food... we were the last of our group to get there at 7:40, yet, the entire table was served at 9:15. The refried beans were more of a dry, paste. Some people at the table got liquid sour cream while others received dry and rigid sour cream?!?! Drinks were OK i guess. The bf of the birthday girl ordered a cake that never got to us... Overall, People went home unimpressed/dispointed.

Amazing Mexican cuisine with a tonne of choice for vegetarian. Great atmosphere with live DJ on Saturday night. Great for groups. Server was very helpful to help us choose items. Food wise Chimichanga was the best, Enchiladas all have spinach stuffing which may or may not hit the right spot for others.

The most mediocre Mexican food to be enjoyed the burrito bowl was as plain as can be with the bare minimum of toppings adding little flavour. The tacos were all very mediocre with again only plain ingredients lacking flavour. I could tell that very little thought was put into the dishes. The guacamole was over salted, tasting worse than store bought guacamole. And finally, this place advertises their deals, however, we received such little food that we still felt ripped off. The reason I gave 2 instead of 1 stars is for the street corn. The Mexican street corn dish seemed like it was from a fully different Mexican place, bursting with flavour.

We went on Sunday and we got to try the special offer: when buying any kind of drinks (it applies to even water) you get 4 tacos at 89¢ each. Note that every drink get you 4 tacos at that price. On paper, it should be great. On St. Denis, S of Ontario St. & home-style Mexican food. It's not great. Fish tacos were bland with zero zest/heat & no hot sauce was offered. The chips and salsa also just seemed bland and a little off profile. I won't go back.

3 Amigos was one of the best meals I had! They provide free chips and salsa that were fantastic! the marq's and sangria's tasted great and were really strong! The service was extremely friendly, informative and honest. The restaurant is Americanized as its in tourist central, there are better options for a more authentic meal. Lastly, the atmosphere was was relaxed which was nice after a long day.

Went there for my brother's birthday and we were a pretty sizable group but when we were all seated it took a good 10 minutes before we got to order and when the first plate arrived, it took another 15 minutes before I got the final plate which we had ordered. The actual food and drinks were really good so I guess the wait was worth it

Usually they have great service but this time it was horrible. They didn't had alot of ppl and I had to wait 30 mins for a glass of water. The food was cold. I felt bad for the server so I gaved him 10$ on a 30$ Chek and he was still complaining bc I asked him to give me a 1$, I needed it for the bus. The attitude was embarrassing.

I understand that the pandemic has hit us all! But I have always thought that a restaurant is distinguished by its cleanliness, and here as they need to put some love in that, the food if it is a bit expensive but the Area also influences a lot! and the taste is not totally Mexican! It lacks that peculiar seasoning of Mexico! This time I rate it with 3 stars, since it also took 45 minutes to deliver the food, so I recommend that if it is to take away, ask in advance. I recommend 3 FRIENDS if you are near the place!

Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is nice. However, the food is horrible, the soup was cold, it took over 25 minutes to get a glass of water, food was served without utensils so we had to wait another 20 minutes on top of what we had already waited. When the food got to us it was completely cold. Management is absolutely horrible thinking that you only need one server on a Saturday night. What a cheap place that does not care about customers.

Worst service. Told the lady at the front that we need a table for 11 and she said the kitchen is closing even though it was just 10 pm. And then in the next 15 mins she let in 10 tables for dine in. Asked for take out and waited 30 mins for someone to take an order. Never going there again. Liars!
