Nustart Solutions is more than a web design company, as they gave us great ideas and input on design and the specific functionality we needed to fit our needs, every step of the way. We also utilize Nustart for monthly maintenance since our website will always be evolving and changing and they include revisions in the maintenance plans. Anne is amazing! Nice lady, friendly and fast service, and everything works! Customer satisfaction is her top priority. She will ask you questions to make sure she understands what you want. She doesn't just assume. Recently when I had an issue with posting to my blog, she even created a video for me to show me how to fix it. It was a repetitive problem that kept coming up in wordpress. The video showed me exactly what to do so I could correct the problem when it happened. It was an easy fix. I can't recommend Anne highly enough. She stands by her work and her prices are fair. Some developers are better at setting up a website than explaining how it works or what they’re doing. Anne is amazing at both! She is very skilled, but also very patient and warm. Over several phone conversations, she told me in plain English what all the ‘widgits’ and ‘pluggins’ and all the other features actually did. This was so helpful I would have paid her the full fee just for this! But Anne wasn’t done. In a couple of days, she sorted through a bunch of technical stuff that would have taken me a month to figure out on my own. She even sent a bunch of videos explaining how I could modify what she’d done in the future! Now I can do what I do best—write—instead of trying to put together a website. Anne also has the most integrity of anyone I’ve ever done business with. Anne wouldn’t take preliminary payment until she was done with my website. I offered on several occasions, because I ended up expanding the scope of the project somewhat, but Anne insisted on her policy of only charging after she’d completed everything to my satisfaction. I can’t recommend her enough!
