It's the only vape store that I know of in Kitimat so there's no competition and if they wanted to, they could increase prices above value but don't. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable but their selection of juices and coils are small. Luckily the juices they do have are decent and, if you are in need of coils or tank replacements they are able to order them if their vendors supply it.

First time buying a bong from small town vapes. There was a crack in the bong so i brought it back and was blamed for it. Never used it. Wont go back.

The employee working at the store at 4:00 pm on March 9th was incredibly rude and argumentative. Told me it was impossible to get a smaller bottle of vape juice, even though it appeared to be in stock. I requested 1mg of nicotine to be added to the juice and they told me that it was impossible. I said, "can't you just add nicotine from the jar". Told me it was impossible and this conversation is moot. Ended up adding the 1mg of nicotine after some convincing. Horrible experience!
