He answered every question from the participants in the Zoom call, and was very patient with everyone (even those who lagged behind). I got the feeling that he had a genuine desire to help small businesses succeed, far beyond what one would expect from a workshop host whose job was just to teach the participants how to use some software. It seemed like he really cared about everyone, even if they were strangers! You can also tell he has a lot of experience.
