I was there yesterday for parcel to ship USA. First of all it took half an hour for them to give my package and pay the service fee although there was not anybody waiting when I was there. Next day, I get a call for asking details of items although I had described when I was there. It was not shipped and off course not going to reach on time. Terrible experience.

One star because 0 isnt an option. The salesperson sold me a staples brand charger that was supposedly high speed. It over 20 hours to charge my tablet. Staples would not exchange the staples brand charger for one that works.

This location is grossly understaffed. I'm here on a Saturday and there is one person working the shipping/printing area. After waiting in a line for far too long with many others I decided to go elsewhere. This is usually the case at this location.

Go there and inquire about items and they tell you it's only available online. Go online and tells you only available in store. Go in and see the exact same person that told you that it was only available online. And they tell you that again when you challenge them they say you don't know what you're talkin about where the employees.
