Place is an absolute joke. Called looking for a low end PCIE video card so my father could play Halo ( The first Halo) I specially stated I didn't need anything amazing. I'm quoted their cheapest card is 149.99 Got one new for 20 bucks that worked wonders for their competitors. This place won't be around much longer with the new ownership.

I dropped off a mobile phone that stopped working. After three days of testing, they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it, let alone repairing it. Then they demanded $55 "diagnostics fee", without any proof whatsoever that any work has been done. This place is nothing more than fraud and incompetence. Stay away.

I am not a very tech savvy person and the staff at TSN have been so helpful in answering any and all questions I've had. They easily couldve told me to figure it out myself but I will forever be appreciative for them taking the time to educate me. Reasonable pricing, and complete honesty in their recommendations. Took my desktop there a few months ago because it was flashing orange and the young man was great and professional and told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it for $55. Recently had a hard drive crash and when I called them I spoke to an older man who first said it was $$99 and instantly changed it to $199 to extract the information. Everyone in Niagara Falls I called quoted me $95 for the same service. Not sure what happened to the young man, but they won't be getting anymore of my business. The older man even giggled after jacking the price up $100 because he thought I was desperate for help. Businesses that operate this way never succeed. Beware!! I called last week Tuesday for the quote, I didn't call back because I got it done cheaper elsewhere.

** new owners in the past couple of months keep in mind when reading other reviews** Dont go to this buisness .. they charged my sister $50 for a 'diagonstic fee', which is fine but he gave her a phony diagnostic... He claimed to have fixed her phone then after leaving, within the same day, it was broken again. We came back and he said that she needs a new screen ( wrong diagnostic) and to bring it to another business because he couldnt be of any help to her. So we did do this, and they said that she didnt need a new screen at all, it wasnt even cracked or anything. they dont have good customer service and he told my mom when she was in there, that he had only been fixing phones for 2 months .. Clearly .. because we just paid 50$ for him to look at it, shrug his shoulders, and tell her to bring it somewhere else. $50 isnt alot when the phone is actually fixed, thats a pretty great price, but the fact of the matter is, he didnt fix it. It is currently still broken & they refuse to give us the money back when I called because they said she agreed to the fee (which he never told her about ahead of time, only after). They're very quick to take the money and not do a thing, but not very quick to listen to what we have to say about the fact he did absolutely NOTHING to fix my sisters phone

This has been horrible. Owed 320 dollars and they won’t return it so they take my email and say they’re going to send the transfer then don’t send it. What kind of dog an pony show are they running in there. And 155 dollars to fix a screen where everywhere else is 80? Place is just no good. Do not trust

Please do not use their services. Do not let them fool you about their expertise. (New owners) are in fact some of the worst costumer service/tech people I've ever incountered. Nothing but a nightmare trying to get my iPhone screen fixed. . The young gentleman "fixed and replaced" my screen, only to have it pop out break. Go take it back no refund no replacement. Stupid me let's them replace screen again. Have my younger sibling pick up phone while I am currently in hospital. Only to find out they tell her my phone needed a new battery. (It doesn't) and even better when I get the phone delivered to me at the hospital guess what the touch screen does not work. And the screen itself is blurry rendering the phone useless. If I could give them negative stars. It'd be -5.
