Great amenities. Great location by the highway. Concierge staff are hit or miss, some are very nice, and some evening ones are extremely rude and condescending. Parking here is an issue, as thousands of people live in this complex, so weekends in the summer and holiday seasons are hard to find visitor parking. Walk ways are well maintained. Office staff take long to respond to emails and phone calls. At times I’ve been told that they don’t know the answer or cannot help me. My townhouse is in okay shape, in the winter we can hear noises from our neighbors. AC is very weak so our master bedroom is very hot in the summer. Doors and windows leak cold air in the winter. Our neighbors are lovely and we have no complaints. We love our back patio.

Property Management is not the greatest. Doesn't help tenant to solve any problems at all, just brush you off with "we'll take care of it" and nothing is done at all.

Clean Condo complex with great value in ownership. On site amenities like theatre room, party rooms, gym and play equipment for the children. Splash pad very nearby. Ample visitor parking. BBQs available for use.

Parking garage is stupid. Visitors is hard 2 find and the entrance to a building underground is impossible to find. Entrance to parking is weird angle and traffic ridden.. I dont like visiting family there for the one reason.
