After Maury from Revize wrote to my *current* clients asking them to work with Revize instead of my company, I researched Revize's clients and found out that most of them are not HTTPS, meaning they do not have a simple SSL certificate installed. I asked him why, and he replied: "Some city/county government opted out of having the certificate installed on the website as many city/county government websites do not take in any person information, such as , social security numbers, or bill pay info as a 3rd party takes care of this for them." Obviously Maury is confusing SSL certificates with PCI compliance. That is a basic part of web development. Therefore, I STRONGLY suggest you do not hire these clowns to build your government websites.

Awful company in all facets. Find anyone else to build your website and email service. We spent $1,500 and ended up junking it and going with an individual who ended up creating a wonderful site for less half. They are a basic template driven company and once you purchase you get a four hour rambling administrator on the phone as your training. Then they just canceled our email service without notice.

Switching the website for Somerton, Arizona over to Revize has been such an easy process. Our previous company was not very user-friendly when it came to making changes to the website, but with Revize it is super simple. Their Content Management System (CMS) is wonderful for non-technical people making edits to the site on the fly. Tech support was always there when we needed help, even after regular work hours. We are glad to have gone with Revize and recommend you do as well!

Literal months have gone by for multiple emails requesting support with no response, let alone a resolution. Save your city thousands and go with someone else. Literally anyone can make a good looking site for your city or small business (Wix, WordPress, etc), at 1% the cost of this "market leader". Now we're locked in a 5-year contract with a website that doesn't work as described, and with a laundry list of problems ranging from bugs to full-blown security issues.
