I invested in Looka late last year when I was looking to start my business and created my Logo. Now that my business is up and running I have become so used to using Looka for everything. I create phenomenal training presentations. I have letter heads, social media post. They make it so easy to create these items to keep my business going. Its a must have for any small business start up.

What a great company! Awesome website, easy to navigate and create the logo you want. I especially love how you can preview your designs to see how they will look in different formats, such a great tool. I made a refund request, which was according to their refund policy. Never got my money back, never got a reply. They make autorenewal for subscriptions, hoping u will forget that u have subscribed, or that you wont find their new name (when i used their logo maker they were called logojoy, then they renamed to looka without any info).

First, I design the logo on the website and then ask Yasbel (designer) to tweak it by giving her reference image. She done a good job and was very helpful, proactive & maintained good communication with me. She sends me all the required files in high resolutions with perfectly grouped folder structure for social media, website, print. A good experience with fast turnaround time. I purchased a logo through their site and the downloadable file was corrupt and wouldn't open. The website was also broken too. So, I promptly purchased a logo from another website and asked for a refund from Looka. They refused. You should stand behind your product and do the right thing.

TL;DR: Simple to use, adaptive for products, and great deals. Can't be happier with the ease of customization with my luxury brand. The colors, shapes, and composition just fit perfectly with what my brand stands for. It supports PNG, SVG, and PDF formats so the brand remains consistent no matter what I want to make out of it. Whether I want to show the main colors, black/white theme, or a white/black theme. They offer this for a variety of custom websites, social media profiles, business documents, marketing prints, clothing, bags, drinking items, and more. The one-time purchase option for the brand kit is what got me hooked. I'll consider the subscription based deal when my idea gets put to action, so I can use more of its features. Getting the brand to be officially your copyright or trademark requires advising an attorney.

The website is very easy to use however BUYER BEWARE!! They claim that you can cancel anytime but you will NOT get the rest of the year refunded! I tried calling, emailing, using chat because I was just trying to play with it and I thought hey '7 bucks isn't so bad to test it' - WRONG you pay for the whole year upfront and they do not refund! I am having hell right now, and their phone goes straight to voice-mail so if you need help, you're SOL. If you're looking for an actual logo, Find a local graphic designer you can interact with, it's much safer and reliable.

Purchased a business package 2 months ago. Since then I can't log in without getting an error. When I reach out to CS, I get a response days later. Then I can log in for one day. LOL So basically the business package is useless if I can't print invoices on demand. I've requested a refund but I doubt I'll get one based on other reviews.

We are extremely happy with our logo. We found the website easy to navigate around and play with. After picking the basics of what we wanted we wanted a few changes, Andre was quick to respond and quick to send us amended versions. We then decided we wanted a bit of help / assistance with the end design so upgraded our package to a have a designer. Kaejon listened to what we wanted and came up with some versions. He played with our design until we got to what we loved. Considering he was in Canada and we are in NZ communication was consistent and regular. Would highly recommend.

Logojoy were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Even when the graphic we used on our logo wasn't 100% to our liking, they went away and redesigned it for us to ensure we were totally happy with it. Their site is so easy to use that we actually had our logo designed in just over an hour and their customer service is incredible. Nothing we asked of them was too much and they obliged us time and time again. Huge thanks to Chanelle in particular; she's amazing! Overall, we would absolutely recommend Logojoy if you're looking to design your own logo as they're very competitively priced and as mentioned, their service is outstanding. Their tool is very intuitive and allow for minor adjustments to get your design just right. Tons of choices and support is very helpful. One thing that needs improvement on is their response time. This maybe due to being a small team but hope you are able to allocate more resources on support as to not become a barrier to other people who wants to purchase as it would be a shame because I personally had an amazing experience but also do not require answers to my questions the very minute unlike other potential customers. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing how your tool will evolve in the future and will definitely be my go to place for all my future logo needs. Other companies offer full branding guides and suggested texts to use and other assets such as presentations, invoices, etc. Maybe this something that becomes part of your future offerings. But when it comes to logo and value for money, I can't help but give you guys a perfect 5 stars. And definitely more power to you and your whole team. Saddened by the treatment I've received. I've followed all the terms that were on display to ask for a refund. They took 3 hours of my working day just to tell me at the end of the day they weren't going to give me a refund in the first place, but a partial refund, less than 30% of the money I spent on a service that wasn't even close to the one they are advertising. They recomended me to contact my Bank or my Card service, both of them said that it's in the hands of the service to take care of the refund, logically. Do not spend your money on this type of services that do not care about their clients at all. Luckily these type of services won't ever reach the likes of bigger ones, they'll just fall in a category of mediocrity filled with bad reviews. A really disgusting experience.

Questionable business practice. Their payment options is one of them, they have you thinking you would be making monthly payments for their service when they actually charge you the full year before you even decide to commit the full year?? Then refuse to give you a refund for their misleading payment options. Pathetic. I could get a custom logo made by an artist for 3x LESS THE PRICE. This is a scam of a business.

Called the customer service number for assistance and got a voicemail answering meachine. Left a voicemail so that I can receive a call back never got a call back. Sent message on the chat system, good luck because if you are somebody who needs assistance immediately and can’t sit infront of your computer all day to wait for a reply you will be wasting an entire day almost waiting for a response. Yes the generating a logo is super easy amazing designs but if you need to make edits get ready for the headache.

It's unfortunate that you have to struggle with them to make subsequent edits when you're paying so much money for an entirely automated service. The obvious solution here is to allow your paying customers to use the service as much as they like.

I am a nurse practitioner looking for a logo for my newly formed LLC. I found this website through Wordpress. The process to set up the logo was very easy. They have many designs and options to make your logo very uniquely you. I loved the experience and I would highly recommend this company for anyone that is trying to create a memorable "brand" for themselves. I also purchased the social media option and it was fantastic, everything is formatted exactly for everything you would need. A+ :)

I don't know how to write this without making it sound like a paid review. Looka is amazing! I designed a logo, brand identity, social media images and even the website in 2 days. It cost me less than 1/3rd what it would have had I gone to an agency. While the website might not be the most "flexible", it's something we can definitely launch with for now. Absolutely thrilled that I found this website. You don't need to be a designer. You just need to have a basic sense of what you want from the overall look, and Looka's AI does the rest. Once you've generated a logo, it auto-generates hundreds of images based around your brand identity (colour, font etc.) and let's you download them in perfectly sized formats for a wide range of social media (FB, Insta, Twitter) and internal uses (invoice, letterhead). Thank you to the team in Looka. You're really helping the start-up ecosystem with this.

Trying to get small changes made after purchasing is frustrating. The first interaction after purchasing was asking for a simple background change, eventually the person did it and sent it to me, but he did not want to and I had to get annoying about it. While I was waiting for him to agree to update the file, a (free) agent on vistaprint.ca had already done it for me! Unfortunately the customer service is just OK, after you purchase it seems like they don't give much support even though I purchased the highest possible package. Maybe not great for people that need help with the files etc. afterwards.
