As a restaurant operator I found it a challenge to adapting to new technologies during the pandemic. I had tried a couple of different softwares to support the increase in orders for our restaurants, but we kept running into issues. I can't remember how we found EzOnline, but Michael from EzOnline made the transition from our old system very seamless. Their online ordering system has taken a HUGE burden off of our in-house team as online orders are much easier to process than having to answer a phone call for each order. As well, by offering a 10% discount to our customers for trying our online order system (on their first order), we have created a loyal database of customers that no longer use SkiptheDishes to send in their order. This alone has saved us ALOT of money! Well worth giving these guys a try. VERY reasonable pricing, super-fast response time for any menu changes/issues and a friendly and professional team.
