The service and response times got increasingly worse and when I told them I wanted to cancel my services, they suddenly stopped returning phone calls and emails but were quite capable of continuing to charge my credit card. Three months later, I have now escalated it to my credit card company as I can not receive a return phone call and my card continues to be charged.

I received a call from Design N Rank to as if I would like some help with SEO on my existing website. As we spoke and I expressed interest, my call was transferred to "one of the owners" We made a deal. Contract was signed. Stronger SEO was the plan for my existing website. I asked for a receipt which for some reason turned into a big deal. Finally got it, but it was for less time than we had agreed. Another big deal. But we got that worked out. Next mix up came with keywords and locations. Less keywords and locations were submitted than agreed - which I discovered when I asked for a report - Getting that report was a big deal. My account manager changes every 3 or 4 months and I can go months without hearing from anyone about anything. Nobody calls and asks how my business is going or tells me what they are doing or have done. I feel like my money was taken with great enthusiasm and excitement and that's where it ended. Very very disappointed.

While the company personnel are extremely friendly and polite, I have issue with promises. I specifically stated i would not have time to work on this with them after sept. I contracted with them in august. Well time came and went, I was told that my website would reach so many more etc. Listen not one more call, unless you count the increased volume of financial companies trying for me to get funds. Those have increased from one a day to about 3 per day. But clients have not even been on the horizon for quotes etc. I personally answer 95% of the calls and return all others. So nothing has gotten by me. To date misspent $80 monthly plus $1000 in web design etc... worst investment I have made in about 15 years .

After being over a year as customer can say that that the website that this company did did not bring any customers to my business, website performance was very poor, and it loads very slow, I mentioned this to their staff, they told they worked on it, but nothing have changed. The way they work is they offer cookie cutter website for you with very slow and poor performance for low price, and then calling you to offer more services which cost a lot more money of course. After a years of searching I finally was able to find local company, which was honest upfront and their value of their services far, far better. So after i switched I emailed to this company to cancel my account we had month to month agreement, 4 month later I'm checking my credit card statement... these guys still charging me monthly fee

They were slow at completing work, took 3 months to deliver a website, only after poking and prodding them several times to deliver. They didn't do what we requested. They were not responsive to our emails. They don't answer the phone. They charged our credit card for things we have no clue about. They kept issuing monthly charges for who knows what and again didn't respond to questions about what these charges were. At one point, after the second month of pop-up charges, the Account Manager, Ben, stated he would find out what the charges were, (he didn't know), and would get back to us. 2 weeks later another pop-up charge appeared and we still haven't heard a word from them. Not recommended.

Worst company to deal with ever. Made the most terrible Web site that never worked right from day one . Charged me 100 a month to monitor the web site and everytime I called they never fixed it. Then in then end when I fired them they still took the money out of my account and then block my I P address so I couldn't access my own Web site that I own the domain name. They tried to tell me they did . Then they screwed up my emails on my Web site so for almost 3 months I didn't get one email from a customer and lost revenue. Everytime I called I got the run around . Still to this day even though I am a paying customer till July 1 they won't do anything for me to help me regain access to my Web site . Worst company to deal with they will screw you over and screw up Web site and when you try and fix things ignore you. Then when you cancelled they take payment out and shut the web site down even though I own the domain name there at webs . Don't ever deal with company. When they first called me supposedly the owner him self spoke to me assuring everything would be great another lie all about taking your money and screwing you over. Beware.

Company is great. Only complaint is when we first began with the company, their turnaround was very quick. They would have our photos in gallery within 24 hours. Now it takes them up to a week and since that is pretty much all that we request, it's a bit disappointing. Sometimes they will try to upcharge for simple additions, but we can usually get around it. The company in itself is great, however, and staff is friendly and helpful. Babak is our newest rep and he is wonderful!

as others, I received a cold call from this company where I showed interest then was 'passed' to one of the owners that promised the ultimate SEO package, then pressure tactics to acquire the 'funds' which I regretfully approved for a 1 year package. To this date I have no idea what they did with my money but always promising the world and asking to upgrade. Well the 1 year term expired but they still charged my CC last month even after asking to terminate the 'plan' and refund my money. No response. Had to be inconvenienced to get a new card as there is no way to block them from future charges. Pure BS. Avoid this company!!!
