I have asked this company, specifically Marissa Figueroa, to please remove me from their marketing list. I have made the request multiple times but they continue to send me junk email/spam. Based on this experience I am forced to question their professionalism and consider them a scammer. I would certainly not recommend them to any business owner. I fully understand how a 1 star review can impact a company's reputation. I am more than happy to remove this negative review if the company will simply reply to me that they have removed me for their spam mailings and not contact me further. I appreciate the reply. Horrible and Unprofessional. David Reitze called me on a Saturday morning at 9:00 am to discuss our project. Needless to say he woke me, my wife, and our baby up from our Saturday morning sleep in. My wife was "pissed". He showed no respect for my family life and never once apologized for his rude and intrusive behavior. They must be desperate because he text and email me as well. Whatever you do DON'T HIRE these guys to even clean your toilet because they'll mess that up too

Bait and switch. They sell you a time share and then don't respond. The President, Zach DeWitt, will never respond and his team has to take all the angst for his failure to deliver. Don't waste your money or time. I'm out almost $4,000 and WEEKS of my time fixing their issues. Customer Service = 0.

We had nothing but problems with Studio98. We tried to work it out with them but they are just not responsive, not consistent, don't have a good handle on how to handle clients, their Mgmt avoids requests for calls when problems come to light, they don't manage multiple tasks well and all in all, for $100 an hour, I wish we would have just hired someone local. In the end that's what we did to move on from this complete waste of time. Michael you should be embarrassed for how you run your business if that's what you call it.

It scored C's and D's. I would highly recommend not using their services. We paid alot for a site we couldn't use. I have never reviewed a company before. Update: In less than 24 hours, Rafferty reached out to me and promised to refund all of the charges that mistakenly took place. It looks like he really cares for his company and customers. Very genuine and surprisingly honest. My experience with these guys have been horrible at best. I paused my account with for PPC service months ago and I continued to get charges from Google. I brought to their attention a multiple times and still more charges continued to pile on. Johan, the COO reaches out to me and assures me and offers me 5 hours of support that I don't need. less than a week later I see a charge from these guys for a $500. Phones never get answered. try giving them a call.. I wish there was an option to give them zero stars.
