We kindly asked them to take our house off their website, even though we did NOT buy from them and have no intention of selling. We asked for our privacy to be respected. Apparently, I was told from their company that the old owner gave them permission. Interestingly, I have been the owner for 6 years and that is why I have title to this house. What does the old owner have to do with it?? You would think that when a person wants their privacy they would remove it...great ethics! The secretary told me they have no intention of removing my house from their website. Wow...they really care about people's privacy.

Real Estate Bay Realty, Brokerage lists people's personal properties on a website called Listings.ca without the explicit written consent from homeowners which is a breach of privacy. They do not remove your home from their website when you make that request. A complaint through the Real Estate Council of Ontario has been made as this is a terrible brokerage. Who gives Real Estate Bay the authority to post individuals personal residences under their website Listings.ca.? I certainly did not. Use caution with this company and their Broker of Record, Nadia Chentsova.

Thinesh Thurairajah was in my unit and he lost lock box and took my home key. Other person should come in to my unit but he did not leave the key with security and there were no show after. When I received key from him, he ask me where the lock box is... Wow... My building security was shocked too. What a nice customer service and he did not even apologized to me. I don't even know how he managed my key, who know if he go out and cut another key? What a nice experience from REAL ESTATE BAY REALTOR.
