Wow! What a great experience!! I work for a Radio Station in Fort McMurray Alberta - and while we don't feel like we're in the middle of no where- when we need something shipped here we are always reminded when it gets lost in Edmonton. Amazing customer service! We ordered shirts for my hockey team and they looked exactly how we wanted when they arrived. Sadly, they all fit way smaller than we anticipated. When I called the company they told me they didn't want us to be unsatisfied and to send a list of what new sizes we'd need to make it work. Eli was great and handled the problem, sending us replacement shirts at an extremely reasonable rate. (We had the option of shipping back the ones that didn't fit and receiving the new shirts free of charge, but we opted to pay instead because it was less hassle.)
