Division Road is one of the most professional, customer oriented and fair establishments I have ever had the privilege of bringing my business. Our relationship began early last year when looking for a pair of Viberg boots from them, which after a short, but thorough phone call, we were able to find the perfect addition to my small collection. Over the course of the last year the relationship has blossomed to a degree that they are my first and only choice for all of my footwear and clothing needs. Whether it is the always on attitude, the extremely efficient and thorough email responses, the impeccable taste and design ethos, or the ability to guide me away from mistakes, I simply cannot overstate the value of this relationship with a prospective client. Living on the east coast it would sounds insane to most to suggest that a small men’s shop in Seattle, WA could be the best place to purchase clothes, but I promise you, the only mistake you could make with working with the crew here is in not being fast enough on the draw when a limited edition piece drops on their site. Carrying the finest brands in the world, with the expertise in design and product selection to fully stock a mans wardrobe, you couldn’t ask for a better resource to have available. Top quality merchandise. Jason puts a lot of thought into his collection. Some of my favorites are a hand made wool sport blazer my co-worker picked up at the shop. Its over a year old & worn often... still looks perfect. Another is a deep stone colored pull- over I've been enjoying on weekends around the house. Jason's taste is often seen & enjoyed in the beautiful details that go into his craft.

Highly recommended. They provide high end boutique material so it's not cheap, but the quality of the goods reflects that. I placed my order over the internet, and it came a long way down to Australia. At my fault, I stuffed up the sizing, but Jason was very helpful and was able to send through the right size promptly and processed the refund as soon as the boots arrived back at the shop. Overall very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend it, not just for the shop product selection but also for the excellent customer service. A note of caution - do pay attention to their sizing guide for each item, they are tailored for the product.

I have never set foot in their store and I live halfway across the country, but I would definitely purchase online from them again. Their customer service was way above and beyond. I wasn't sure about my sizing and ended up emailing back and forth with one of the staff members. They gave me all the information I needed to pull the trigger and open my wallet. I got the Viberg Crust CXL Service Boot and they are an exquisite work of art. You absolutely get what you pay for with these boots and I am loving the style and comfort. Purchased a pair of Trickers boots from Division Road and was very happy with the exceptional customer service and fast shipping. I ordered the boots online and about 30 minutes later I received a call from them to discuss sizing because they noticed I had never purchased shoes from them before. We discussed some other boots I own and how they fit and ultimately determined the size I originally ordered would fit me. Not many retailers will go out of their way to contact you just to make sure the shoes you ordered will be a good fit. They also had the boots in the mail about 30 minutes after that. All in all very impressed with Division Road and will be looking to purchase more products from them in the future.

Their boot and sweater selection was of particular interest to me and it did not disappoint. My questions regarding the products they sell were always answered in a timely manner and the customer service is the best in the business period. These guys definitely know the products that they sell. In fact, they might know more about the products they sell than the manufacturers do. Recently, I went to Seattle and took some time to visit the store. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Everything they sell is of very high quality and made to last. Nothing of cheap materials or workmanship is sold in this store. Their clothing and footwear collaborations are well thought out and one of a kind. You definitely get what you pay for in this store.

Without a doubt the best online shopping experience I've ever had. From the product to the service to the packaging it arrived in, there's not a single thing I could fault. I received extremely knowledgable and helpful advice on sizing for some Viberg boots from staff who were more than willing to give a large amount of their time to make sure I was ordering exactly what I was looking for. This is the store to come to for expert level assistance in choosing Vibergs and similar high end footwear. The team has encyclopedic knowledge about lasts, leather and fit. They were able to assist me via email (I live in Canada) with selecting the Viberg 2040 last in size 9 based on a series of detailed questions and comparisons with other boots I own. This is white glove service for the Boot connoisseur! Receiving my boots was another treat. The package presentation was customized with a handwritten message on the wrapper and tied with black twine, evoking an old-world charm. Shipping was quick and seamless. I can’t wait to visit the actual store when the borders open again! Will definitely be buying again.
