We payed for four years for this company to handle our website and there was not one month where I didn't have to call and have them fix my rebates. I had to ask repeatedly for aged items that shouldn't have been on the site to be taken down and some of it still has not been completed. They are impossible to get ahold of and they will never give you a straight answer its always "we will have to open a case with our maintenance team" that you have no way of corresponding with. I would strongly recommend not using them as a provider.

Its hard to imagine how much better this place is, but they are clearly a Marketing Company that remains a Market First, Automotive Second which is where Automotive usually fails. Too many OEMs and Marking Companies become the Automotive status Quo. I hope no one reads this review so we can stay ahead of our competition.

By far the worst website provider I have ever used. To talk to support you have to wait at least 30 minutes and then they just tell you they are going to get with their senior tech to get it fixed and you'll get a call back....... I waited 3 months for logins to access customer info that is necessary for our job. Instead of attacking the problem and figuring it out asap it takes 3 months to get working logins!!!!!!! They rather you share logins amongst your employees then getting everyone their own. I called Ryan and emailed him numerous times, then his boss Linda called to smooth everything over which didn't really resolve anything. I asked for a discounted rate for all the problems I've had and they just completely ignore my question. Super friendly when they are trying to get you to sign up for their product and once you sign up it's like they could care less about customer service. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

About the only positive item is a responsive website. We have been with them for over a year. The back end of their websites provide either bad data or worthless insights. Their support team cant get some of the most basic tasks completed including inventory feeds or tracking lead sources. It's way overpriced and overrated.

When you up date a price it takes over 12 plus hours to update on your website! So if you change your price in VAuto, it will adjust on Trader within minutes, but take HOURS UPON HOURS to adjust on your own Dealer Inspire site. HUGE LEGAL ISSUE WITH THIS PRICE DISCREPANCY OVER SUCH A LONG PERIOD OF TIME! Edit: Just lost over a $1,000 due to this
