I had never done an ecommerce site before and Brent was patient with us and was a helpful resource as we figured out what we wanted. He presented a first draft and we collaborated on edits. I have worked with Brent when i was employed at another company and they were so impressed they pitched Soapbox to their parent company who then jumped on board as well. When I started my own company Cory's Concrete Cutting & Coring Ltd I did make some inquiries with other companies but the pricing was slightly higher and when I inquired about certain things Brent had done for me in the past it was either that's extra or sorry we don't do that. Soapbox was easily the best decision and I can't thank him enough for what his website design adds to my business. He completely redesigned our website at Clawson Orthodontics with new graphics, modernized the layout, and made it mobile-friendly. His prices were reasonable and he was willing to show us different options and layouts. He also created short video footage of the office and products, and even did some training sessions to help us learn ways of updating the website on our own. Like I said, he goes the extra mile!
