Unfortunately I had an unpleasant interaction with an employee. A drink I had ordered wasn't too my liking. I had brought this to the attention of the employee who served me to get it refunded or replaced. They were immediately offended, rude, and said I couldn't get a refund so I'd have to order something close to the price of my drink. I ended up losing money and no compensation or accommodation was made. I'd strongly encourage not giving this store your business as certain employees will try to intimadate you. I left feeling very unwelcome.

Today in the drive-thru my son ordered a butter croissant, a cheese croissant and a clam chowder with a white bun and two breakfast sandwiches with a frozen coffee thing. Open the bag and no croissants. I believe this is how they make money because each time I order more than one thing I'm always paying for items they don't put in my bag. Thank you and enjoy my 6$

Coming into supper time Saturday Aug 28,They were out of lettuce for their sandwiches, got to the ferry realized I paid for wedges and never recieved them. They were not friendly or helpful in anyway. If I travel through I will not be stopping at this Tim hortons again.

I go 2-3 times a week to chat with friends. Doing that for the past 5 years. Lately I was served by a very rude woman at the counter. It took her 5 minutes to serve me at the counter for just a small coffee and with a big smile, was asked why I was complaining again(line was going across the main door) and told me that she didn't care about the line and that I should learn how to relax. Tim Horton has a big issue with very rude customer service and they should reprehend very severely there employees. I know what I'm talking about, I know a thing or two about customer service, now retired but did it for 40 yrs +. Tim Horton...out!

Typical Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, they don't have breakfast at 3:30 AM. We were catching the 6:45 AM Ferry, so you would think they'd have breakfast items, them being the only restaurant open 24 hours close to the ferry terminal.

Drive thru was crazy waited 30 minutes in line, then decided I would go inside to order, the doors were locked and they hadn’t been letting anyone else in, I saw people go in earlier they had been in there since I drove by the first time while I was running errands, I even watched them leave the building while waiting in the drive thru the first time, nobody was inside the building except for the workers, I then waited another 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. In my experience of Restaurants and Coffee places I have never had a worse experience then this
