I had specified that I sometimes need to make changes to the site but Delisoft preferred to deliver a site in HTML5 (must be modified by someone experienced, see a programmer). So I have to pay to make changes (surprise). With all the time they have put the site, no need to tell you that I am not interested in paying to make changes (hourly rate). Apart from that, I was sold the idea that I would be first on Google. Obviously, I need a Google My Buisiness account but after 4 months, Delisoft did not think about this important detail. I have to wait another month before being visible in the search engine. So in summary, I'm in my 4th month with Delisoft and my showcase site is not finished, it presents several bug, my site does not appear in Google, nobody answers my questions and I realize that 'instead of fixing my problems, they are already working on another project. Here are the problems encountered with Delisoft: - No follow-up - No respect of deadlines (3 months late) - No creativity, we have to do everything ourselves - Not listening to the client - Unable to return calls - Unable to respond to our messages - Lack of professionalism - And many more! Delisoft, do not come and answer me by saying that "I am a false account" or anything. I will post recorded phone calls and e-mail exchanges as needed. I find it a shame that we have to go to the top to be heard. Unfortunately, I tried to share several things with you, but the president of this company seems too busy to return his calls. Je dois donc payer pour faire des modifications (surprise). Avec tout le temps qu’ils ont mis a faire le site, nul besoin de vous dire que je ne suis pas intéressé a payer pour faire des modifications (taux horaire). Mise-à-part ça, on m’a vendu l’idée que je serais premier sur Google. Évidement, j’ai besoin d’un compte Google My Buisiness mais après 4 mois, Delisoft n’a pas pensé a ce détail pourtant important. Je dois donc attendre un autre mois avant d’être visible dans le moteur de recherche. Donc en résumé, j’en suis a mon 4e mois avec Delisoft et mon site vitrine n’est pas terminé, il présente plusieurs bug, mon site n’apparait pas dans Google, personne ne répond a mes questions et je me rend compte qu’au lieu de régler mes problèmes, ils travaillent déjà un autre projet. Voici les problèmes rencontrés avec Delisoft : - Aucun suivi - Aucun respect des échéances (3 mois de retard) - Aucune créativité, on doit tout faire nous même - Aucunement a l’écoute du client - Incapable de retourner les appels - Incapable de donner suite a nos messages - Manque de professionnalisme - Et j’en passe! Delisoft, ne venez surtout pas me répondre en disant que « je suis un faux compte » ou quoi que ce soit. Je publierai des appels téléphoniques et des échanges de courriel enregistrés au besoin. Je trouve cela dommage qu’on doit se rendre jusqu’à la pour se faire entendre. Malheureusement, j’ai tenté de vous faire part de plusieurs choses mais le président de cette compagnie semble trop occupé pour retourner ses appels. Pour les entreprises qui se cherchent une compagnie de Marketing, je vous recommande fortement de regarder ailleurs! Delisoft se fou de ses clients, ils veulent seulement votre argent. Espérant que le message soit claire cette fois, vous avez intérêt a agir rapidement.
