I want to add that Taira is committed to learning. Her design style and technical skills are not stuck in 1996 or even 2006. She's one of the few small shop operators who has remained committed to always knowing the simplest and most elegant way to solve a functional or stylistic problem.

I have hired TairaByte and Taira for several projects (large and small) over the years. She is always responsive and very competent with a high degree of currency in her knowledge of tools and trends. She is fair in her pricing and on time with her invoicing. What I like best about Taira is that she takes a practical approach to her design of a site or a system. She thinks long-term about build vs buy issues (and custom programming) and has always equipped me to manage a site within my budget and technical means. Highly recommend.
