I initially found WittyCookie Web Design by accident. I ended up using their services after a previous web designer failed to create any website for my business. Tiff, the representative from WittyCookie, immediately stepped up to the plate and offered to help me. In fact, Tiff was very sympathetic to my situation and was able to expedite the website. His colleagues were prompt in their correspondence and answered my numerous questions. It was tough to find a company I could trust after my first web designer flaked. The WittyCookie team put me at ease. The representatives showed me several web designs and were able to work within my budget. I sent them the information I wanted and they were able to create a professional website which I love, and of which I have received many compliments. Payment was very easy and the reps never tried to up sell any services. They were patient with my questions and made all the changes and adjustments I requested. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a professional and courteous experience.

We paid for a logo to get done. Turnaround time was 2 weeks for examples of a logo. Too long. Logos were not to my liking. They redid them and we were not satisfied with the end product. Logos are horrible and nothing like the portfolio on their website. They look like they were taken from Fivver. We are not satisfied with our product and would like a refund but they refused to give a refund.

After several initial conversations with Elvin about my project, I agreed to work with Witty Cookie to assist with designing pages for my website. Witty Cookie was to provide unique page designs for my site in .pdf format that I could then send along to my developer. After discussing my brand/business and sharing my logo designs and branding images that I already have on file, I waited for their design. Upon completion of the initial draft, I immediately expressed discontent. Only one page I found to be satisfactory, at best. At this point, Elvin indicated that we should use that page for all of the website's pages - same design with different text. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, mentioning that we had discussed designing multiple UNIQUE pages for the site, Elvin reminded me that I was allowed unlimited revisions as part of their service. I indicated I would give them a clearer picture for what I had in mind for the website, to help them as they didn't provide any unique design features or elements. What they provided was basically my existing logo and rearranged text in various places on the page. Needless to say, I was expecting quite a bit more actual design elements to be provided by them. In order to assist their design team, I then created an entire website using squarespace, to show what I had in mind for the pages and content - a guideline, if oyu will. I contacted Elvin to show him what I had in mind, thinking they could use the squarespace site as a template for their design revisions. Elvin then proceeded to tell me that this was not within the scope of our engagement. I indicated that I was rather upset by this as all they had done were designs that I was not satisfied with, stating that I had unlimited revisions, then informed me that they wouldn't even do one revision. Without a deliverable product, I was inclined to ask for a refund, if even partial. Elvin refused flat out and, in doing so, asked if I had written any online reviews. I informed him that I had not, but felt compelled to let people know what they are getting into with this group. They are very unprofessional, did unsatisfactory and incomplete work and took no responsibility for their negligence or service. I would recommend asking for samples or an initial draft BEFORE YOU PAY as they did little to nothing for the $1,500 I paid to them for the design work. I will say to you what I said to Elvin during our last phone call - working with Witty Cookie feels like highway robbery!! Note in the picture that the logo was provided to them by me, to give their "designers" a feel for the brand.
