The worst support I have ever gotten. It took them literal weeks to respond to emails, and eventually just ended up ignoring me. I had to go to Tucows to manage my domain (they re-sell Tucows domains). A huge pain. Imagine taking 2 months to transfer your domain name lol. Do yourself a favour and deal with a reputable company. I feel like all these 5 star reviews are fake, they were posted around the same time.
