We were working with a large amount of content and very small team on our end, and their team did an excellent job of making our content accessible, navigable, and SEO-friendly. I was initially drawn to working with F&S for their experience developing sites for university-based research institutes and organizations, and found that they were very competent in collaborating with university IT teams. I appreciated Shawn's expertise; he was communicative and understanding as we planned the project, and proposed a project that met our needs while keeping costs reasonable and fair. It was time to completely overhaul our existing web site. I requested a quote from five separate vendors. F&S were not the cheapest but had the most thorough and well laid out quote and plan of action. From the time of commitment we had a pretty tight timeline to complete the project. F&S did everything they could to get the job done in time. Ultimately we did not meet our initial deadline this was no fault of F&S. They were prompt answered questions in a timely fashion and have the process well laid out. The reason for not meeting our deadline was more to do with our team not getting the information to F&S. If I'd give any advice to potential clients it would be to make sure you set reasonable timelines. A lot of work takes place! I would recommend Shawn & the team at F&S. Keep up the great effort F&S!

What should have taken a few hours ended up taking months, communication was limited, deadlines were not met, and the execution was poor.
