All of that said, Willy, Randy and Brian came up with create solutions and now we have a super user friendly back-end of the website to work with going forward! Great work and extremely reasonable price. Also worth mentioning, great customer support - if I am experiencing an issue or have a question they always get back to me in a timely fashion.
