Service is phenomenal. I ordered custom hot foil business cards from them but I was slightly hesitant. Requested a quote and I was offered a good price and a free design, so I placed My order with my fingers crossed. A day later I received a beautiful design for my business cards that I absolutely fell in love with. I had a slight hiccup with my order, a delay due to the floods in BC and I’m in Calgary. But Sam, the general manager was always there providing me with constant updates almost on daily basis. I received The products today and they far exceeded my expectations. I was offered half of my order in store credit for me to use next time i’m shipping to compensate me for the delay. I didn’t even ask for one! It goes to show that this company will not leave you hanging. Thank you Sam for your courteous service and fantastic products. I will be using the store credit soon for more stuff!

The staff is very professional and they provide superb service. I ordered Covid-19 posters, stickers and floor decals and it came with VERY GOOD PACKAGING.
