Our national non-profit had some website issues that needed to be dealt with pronto when our internal web administrator was unavailable. We reached out to Mike, who responded promptly and set up a same-day call. After listening carefully to my description of the problem, he was able to suggest several potential solutions. We logged in on the back end of WordPress together, where he clearly explained his triaged approach, trying the simplest and least invasive solutions first. Less than an hour later, he had resolved the problem (and it wasn't an obvious fix that could be Googled either). Mike received my initial email while at the airport preparing to leave on a March break vacation. He took the time, however, to respond fully to my email even though he was not available in the time frame that I initially set out.
