No pulling my hair out, no frantic moments. I'm no IT but I do like to have hands on so I appreciate that what I don't know is explained to me with patience. Absolutely incredible service and support. Being a Canadian firm helps but that aside.. they really are personable. I love that I can delegate almost any issue and just leave it in their hands, be that pointing domains, changing a DNS or even just adding domains to my hosting panel. (one of the few places that give you a cPanel even just to manage domains. I love that too.

Hands down best to work with. I'm no tech, in fact I like to stick to my business which is fixing computers and smart phones. I like that I can hit up the help desk for some info or help and I'm notified when that info is there or my request is serviced. I have yet to have my time abused hanging on the phone - which for me is really important. And they help with my Social Marketing which again, just is not my forte. I highly recommend these guys.

This place works for me, I have no complaints and have never had an issue. I chose them because they are Canadian and have a fully Canadian staff etc. I don't like those phone banks that are sourced out and here I never have to deal with that.
