Je retorque qu’il doit y avoir un default de fabrication au telephone et que nous devrions regarder les options... 200$ pour changer la vitre ou 440$ pour un neuf... Je dois pouvoir revenir contre samsung ou faire en sorte que l’on reconnaisse l’absurdité de la situation... la responsable répond (et c’est là que j’ai quitté)qu’il n’y a rien a faire, ‘que j’aurais du prendre la GARANTIE ...(170$+tx)... « ... De me compter chanceux, c’est juste mon téléphone, elle c’est sa Ford Focus qui se prend pour une Mustang et ça vient de lui couter 15000$... c’est pour cela que l’on achète des assurances.... » Intervention inutile et impertinent! Pire service après vente... personne pour aider. Je suis aller chez Videotron où j’ai eu un excellent service pour sortir mon compte de chez Koodo(Bravad). On m’y a aussi expliquer que les représentants n’aime pas le faire, mais quils auraient dû m’assister dans les demarches avec Samsung... ou essayer de trouver un accomodement vu le 2 semaines que j’etais client et la bizarre fissure. Lorsque mon solde de cette erreur sera payé, il ne recevrons plus un seul sous! Ni de moi ou de mon réseau.... ça c’est une GARANTIE!
