Not a bad staples. Its clean, staffed, and maybe not overly competitive price wise with the internet or Walmart. There is a print center, and it is wheelchair accessable.

Always a very professional, friendly and fast service. I order online & do curb-side pickup. They says the order will be ready within 2h but it’s always faster than that. Once there, all you have to do is pick a parking spot, call, show I.D., they put the order in there trunk of your car and that’s it!

Staff at the printing station didn't really know how to guide customers about doing the self serve printers properly. They're not giving proper answers and only saying "I dont really know how it works". They just assume customers know what they're doing.

We went to Kingston staples last night to get a jump dr for the phone they had 20 of them. But the fella that was helping us said he had none. We pre ordered the card in brockville that had 30 of them. The young girl had a hard time finding it so I spent a good 20 minutes for her to find it.

They had what I wanted and their lay out related to Covid traffic was commendable. I found some of what I needed but had to find a staff member to find the rest. If I had not asked for help i do not feel it would have been offered to me. As I have only been inside this location a couple of times I don't want to judge too harshly yet. Curbside had been good so far.

I'd give ZERO stars but I can't. Where should I start? From the beginning I think. I ordered 3 5x7 prints online for same day pick up on 01/08. I anticipated delays due to current conditions. On 01/11 I emailed their customer service..whats up with my order? On 01/12 Maria Chiarella emailed me back apologizing. She stated that she had instructed this location to contact me. Great I thought. On the 13th, 24 hours after receiving her email, I emailed her back that I have heard nothing. No Reply from her. Sooo, I got busy. I emailed Stefan L Kaluzny, CEO of Staples. Guess what? No response from anyone !! It's been over 24 hours. So long story short. I've paid for these prints. My Visa has been charged. I get no communication regarding my order. Customer Service does not respond. The CEO or his staff do not respond Worst Customer Service Ever and....they basically took my money and gave me nothing in return. Avoid this company is my advice, not trustworthy.

A good store to find your office supplies and school things. Staff are friendly and helpful. It has lots of parking space. So close to Memorial drive and 14 St NW. So far Staples has helped me alot with my business card design, stamps, and many more. Their price are affordable, and the quality is great. Definitely will come back to do more of my projects.

They went above and beyond and helped to help us and I would definitely use them if I had to print in Belleville again. Just a note that I am Ottawa and they came through when we needed them. Awful customer service while picking up business supplies. Product not stocked on shelves, workers around not willing to help. Had to lift overstock boxes and open stock boxes myself. Resulted in a box cut on my finger. As employees stood around gossiping about others, or walked by, not asking if I needed assistance. Upon checking out, I put oversized items on the counter at the front to pick up ink. They had time to take my items and return them to the shelves. Voicing my frustration at the checkout, with the manager present. There was no inquiry or regard for my disgruntled experience. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

Supervisor Rishi greeted us and helped us right away. Answered all our questions about having my wife's laptop repaired plus explained what will happen if it does not work. Good thing we bought the easy care package repair and extended warranty or else our money on the laptop will just go down the drain. He also advised us to get an external hard drive to save our documents in case we need our documents from our laptop. Thank you Rishi! ????

The manager stated "We are a photo copying facility, not a photo printing facility" I'm sorry but if you can copy them they should be at LEAST the same quality they started at... The store is usually empty and the staff is nowhere to be found but when looking for help in my recent visit I was approached by a salesperson who was very helpful and really went above and beyond to assist me. He even sampled his own product to demonstrate and to answer my question. Very good expierience this time.

Its a good place to go for specific items. Like the ones you're looking for when you find yourself there... This time while I was there I purchased a cheap pair of headphones. I had a great shopping experience here at Staples last week. It has also become my first choice for electronics. I purchased my first Chrome book here last week. They have staff of all ages and they engage with you. The fact that I can consult with someone my own age 50plus is awesome. Than you Sylvie and Taylor you where awsome to????

Do your homework first. I was looking for a way to connect my works projector to my phone. Same projector they sell. No one offered the best solution of wifi adapter. Because they did not know anything about it. If it's for something easy like where's the paper?, They got you covered in spades. But to have the wifi adapter with the projectors? Would make too much sense. And they nor Best buy have them??? Why not?

Well stocked for office supplies. I'm sure they'll have anything you need for around the office even basic low end furniture and electronics. Online print orders are very simple, convenient and have always been ready well ahead of time. There seem to be always staff on the floor ready to assist customers which is quite rare these days.

Visited them for standard photo prints, took them a good 40 mins just to print 2 photos. The photos came out washed, on a flimsy paper and not to size. They actually had to cut the sides of the photo to make it a standard size. I would never recommend Staples for standard photo prints.

Wow wow wow. What terrible customer service. I spoke to 3 different people, two days a part each time, who kept telling me my cards will arrive "by tomorrow". Was quoted 3-5 business days and it has been 9 and I still don't have my cards. Then when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I would be put on hold, and was hung up on. Will never order from here again.

I went on a day that was particularly busy in the printing department. It was urgent and the lady said I wouldn't be able to get my prints for another 24 hours. But I asked to speak to a manager and Kelly came to help me!! It was such a respectable quality on her part as a manager, to help Karen behind the desk and to help a customer in need. Thank you! I had such a pleasant experience. Another day I went in as well, and someone else was extremely helpful (I wish I knew her name!) They are great here :)

Went shopping for a computer last week and visited 2 stores. The first store down the street had ok prices, but the employees were nowhere to be found when i needed help (they rarely are at that store). Got sick of that and went to Staples (would've went there first,but was shopping with someone else who wanted to go to the other place first). Walked in to Staples and wasn't there 5 minutes before i had someone come to help (ultimately had 3 sales associates over the entire time i was looking, but neither of them seemed "pushy", just friendly and genuinely wanting to help me). And while i was waiting for one of the employees to get my computer, i even had a fourth person at the cash register ask if i was waiting for somebody to help me, haha! Prices were almost exactly the same as the other store, and made a good purchase thanks to being able to have my questions answered about one of the features. Even got some useful info about the antivirus software (and it was on sale, woot!). Have never been disappointed with my purchases at this store (and location). :)

I always have great experience at this location except for today Nov-11-2021. This is a complaint against Rishi at Staples Signal Hill, Calgary (Staples 110). I was lining up behind shipping line waiting for my turn when Rishi came and instructed to me line up behind the print services to which I did. He then proceeded to help customers before me (which is ok) but did something else in the print section while I was waiting in line. When another person lined up in the shipping services Rishi immediately helped him. I told Rishi that I was there before that customer and I am also shipping a courier not needing a print service. Rishi ignored me and continued helping the other customer. I wasted less than half an hour being insulted in line. I did not receive the help I need until Jacques came and helped me. Jacques is very professional. I am not sure if Rishi discriminated me or just customer service incompetent -- either way he is not up to Staples customer service standard!

Used Brantford's staples to print colour copies, their kiosks did not work, would only send document Ids for some emails and not all, google drive would not load, the woman behind the counter was not helpful at all and was extremely rude. Won't go back...

I had an early malfunction of my iPad keyboard / case combo, just after the 30 day return. Rather than have me deal with the manufacturer, the staff happily just exchanged it for a new one and apologized for the defect (which wasn’t their fault). I entered the store frustrated and left very happy! Thanks for handling this so well, Staples staff, when you didn’t have to!

The printing studio did an awful job on my prints. The photos were high quality images taken by a photographer and they came back to me washed out and dull on flimsy paper. I will not be using the Staples Photo Studio in the future.

The staff lady working behind the counter at the printing station was quite annoyed at a fellow customer as both they and I asked questions regarding operating the copiers-her tone of voice revealed- she really shouldn't assume that customers know exactly what to do and when she said just follow the instructions on the plaquard, I piped up and announced that the instructions are incomplete ma'am, only then did she attend to the customer commenting about covid and could she please step 6feet away while she helped the woman, after touching all the buttons and screen, she did not wipe the machine before or after helping her

This is the one place that I always get stuck having to buy things from, due to lack of local options, and its always a mess when I do. Almost every visit, they have to send someone to the back to see if an item is in stock, they don't know who is who, or who can find what. The place is a mess in the way of being organized or efficient. Can't say much for their staff knowledge either, or lack thereof. I have had staff tell me product details that were right off the wall and horribly wrong. Never ask their advice on computer products, that's all I can say. On a final note, if you find something on sale here, just go to The Source instead, they are very likely cheaper!

Called ahead to ask about scanning large documents. Was told no problem. Went to the store and they we're concerned about damaging my documents due to the age of the scanner at this location and possibly all other locations. So I walked out without getting my documents scanned. I'm not happy

I was printing 9 sheets but the printer was unable to print 2 of the last 11x17 pages since the machine could not read the images. I had a meeting in 30 minutes, which I explained to the employee, but the employee did not help me and told me I had to make the order first and pick it up hours later. I explained again that I needed to print just two images for a meeting that was in 30 minutes but the employee still refused to help. I have been to other Staples for printing and have never run into this problem. I had a problem in the meeting this morning.

Ran in at lunch today to pick up stamps. The lady at the cash did not have enough books and had to call the print centre to replenish her stock. Her request for assistance was ignored by the print centre associate. We stepped aside so she could ring in other customers to not have to make them wait any longer than need be. Three customers were rang through before we went over to ask if we could bring the stamps over. The associate said curtly that she would be over with the stamps. We waited another three customers before the associate stormed over with the stamps and rudely said something about people expecting her to drop what she is doing and bring stamps over right away. We waited almost 20 minutes while she was ignoring the cashier's request for stamps and not taking our time into consideration. I understand this is a stressful time for everyone but I expect some level of customer service and professionalism. The way she spoke to the cashier and her customers was out of line. I will reconsider shopping here in the future.

Wanted to buy a tablet for my daughter, found the one that I wanted but not a salesperson to be found. I set off the display alarm while picking up one of the tablets, it took 5 minutes for someone to come turn it off. Turns out the person that turned it off isn't allowed to sell in that area. Eventually I called a different store and made a purchase through them. They put the tablet aside at the front desk, I walked in paid for the item and walked out. Whatever sales model this store uses is not working, if you don't have customer service you won't have sales, especially with items not stocked on the shelf. Overall I'm incredibly disappointed with this location.

They have products displayed on their shelves but are apparently out of stock of most items. Went to buy a video card and the box was on the shelf, I take it to the check out the staff member there goes to the back of store to retrieve the item and there's none left. I asked for the store manager to ask if I could get a rain check or something like that, but the manager doesn't think he has to do anything, hes rude and says it's not his responsibility to make sure his store has been properly merchandised and the shelves are stocked with actual product they have in stock and not just the empty box. I wouldn't ever shop here if I had to. Hopefully your experience is better.

I was recently in staples trying to get some stickers printed. I went to the "printing and marketing" desk where 2 different employees had very little information for me. I had with me a USB flash drive with the 13 images i wanted printed on the stickers. I found sticky printing paper and was trying to understand what the process was to get this done. One of the original employees who was helping me went and got an older gentlemen to come out. I explained to him that I had digitally created these images and needed them on some stickers for labelling of products i have created. This man told me I needed to be "more creative" and that "staples was just small time and if you want something like that done you need to think outside the box". He then went on assuming I was trying to start a company and told me I needed to go back and do more research and that I needed to again be "more creative". I told the man that I had created these images from scratch and creativity was not my issue, I just want some stickers printed. He was very rude and went out of his to try and preach to me. It was very unprofessional, rude and I was not happy. He kept saying I need to be more creative, is this a policy of staples? telling customers they need to be more creative when I was in your establishment just trying to get things printed for you "PRINTING AND MARKETING" desk? I asked the man if there was someone else I could speak with and he told me to calm down. He said I had raised my voice and he kept telling me i need to calm down. I assure you I was very calm but at this point also very embarrassed that this man is telling me to calm down in front of other customers and staff. He belittled me and treated me like a child. He was very condescending, so much so that i went home and took the time to write this email. So, is it staples policy to treat customers this way and is it impossible for staples to print stickers even though you sell the paper? I most definitely will be taking my business elsewhere from this point forward and I wouldnt be surprised if other customers followed suit after being treated the way I was treated. I would very much like to know what will be done about this situation and what will happen to the man that thinks its okay to treat people this way. At the end of the day I spoke with 4 different staples employees (1 over the phone) from the "Printing and marketing" desk and ALL 4 PEOPLE WERE UNABLE TO GIVE ME ANY SORT OF INFORMATION. ZERO. What is the printing and marketing desk and why are there so many unqualified employees with so little information? I am so shocked at your employees behaviour I most certainly will take my story to social media if nothing is done to correct this abhorrent customer service.

Great store. Prices can vary from an amazing deal to regular prices. I was there two days ago around 11am bought several things for a new home office. Was there for an hour. When I finally found a person to help me,he did not sell me the thing I needed to go with my purchase but the wrong thing. As I kept shopping I asked another about a fax ???? machine he simply said we don't sell them in the store and walked away. There were only 5 customers in the store. Could it have been a bad day, I don't know. But zero customer service is not acceptable to me. I always give honest reviews but this time I needed to speak up. We have been using their service for 9 years. Had the worst experience last Friday night around 7:30 PM. There was only one cashier there. He is not familiar with his job, not patient and not polite at all. My wife asked for teacher's discount (she brought her teacher's ID). He said no, there is no such discount. We told him we have received email. He took a look at the email and told us it doesn't work...Finally he called someone and figured out how to do it. When we took out a gift card, he got more annoyed. He told us the card doesn't work (actually he should set the amount to gift card value and we pay extra with credit card). Anyway, he doesn't know how to do it or doesn't want to do it. My wife got stressed by his tone and expressions, and paid with credit card. What made it even worse? I think I heard the old white guy behind us were swearing at us and his daughter asked him to stop. When I turned around and stared at him, he didn't say anything and smiled. What did we do wrong?

Ordered curb side pickup and it’s a big mistake, they email you and confirm and you show up and they say there’s no order. The website is terrible as well. They give you some 1-800 number at the store and send you’ve made a purchase and received nothing and treat you like a liar.

Horrific service!! I found some HP ink for $15 less on a competitor's website. I then tried to return the ink I had already bought and it has now taken over a month and still no refund. I've gone into the store, followed up three times on the phone to the online department and still no refund. I've been spoken to by extremely rude staff but have maintained my politeness in dealing with the Staples staff. They're just rude and condescending. This is absolutely some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I was a pretty regular Staples customer before but no more. I will no longer shop at this store period.

This store is terrible.... maybe try turning your phone ringers on or stop offering curbside pickup. On four occasions over the past week I have had orders for pick up with no one answering the phone, forcing wro go in. There was nobody in the store, empty! When the associate went to get my order I could see the phone light flashing but no ringing. That explains why no one is answering the phone. Then an elderly woman with a cane camw in talking about how she couldn't get through on the phone and would have appreciated someone bringing her order out. The associate told her they were busy, in which she replied you aren't busy right now. Seriously, turn your phone on or stop offering curbside pickup

I have been using staples for years for many services. One being purchasing office supplies. The latest printer we bought was taped up at the top. I requested another one but was guaranteed the tape was just for a broken box. The printer was defective. Wouldn't turn on and function properly. Return it. Given another one, same printer. That one also doesn't work. At this time I am ready to go to Best Buy. They show me another one, help me take some money off, again guaranteeing 100% this one will work... get that one home and it also doesn't work. Also defective, the cord port is loose. Was told I would be getting a call today to pick up my new one. No one has called and when I finally called AND GOT THROUGH to someone they advised me it wasn't there. I have never bought a printer anywhere else but this is a bit much.

When you list your phone number on Google you should be prepared to answer the phone. I have been trying to call for the last 15 minutes and I have been cycled through the voice automated answering machine 4 times - I have tried each department and still no one picked up. The level of customer service here is appalling - never have I been in there where 2 or more associates are chatting or simply putting away stock, don't feed me the automated line that they are serving customers in the store. The phone is ringing - I am surprised that the manager on duty did not direct someone to pick up the phone. Disgusting Staples Brantford - you're level of customer service is disgusting.

Went to return 4 pens bought in a pack a week ago for $5.99. They did not write. I did not have the receipt. I only wanted a store credit and some decent pens. I brought up the package from the store rack to verify the price.. $5.99. I was told I could only have a credit for the value in their computer. That value was 1 cent. I was offered a store credit for ONE CENT. This was the concensus of the three employees who listened to my problem. The bigger problem is there was no effort by anyone to resolve this minor problem fairly. If you think you STAPLES will help you resolve any problem you have with a purchase you make there.. Don't Count On It!

My computer unexpectedly died making the prospect of working from home the next day impossible. I did a quick spot of research online for what computer options they had in store and then whipped over and took a look. (this was the might before the 3rd lock-down). Appauling customer service! If you are a Mount Royal Student, this is not the place to come for printing or any other service. The printing services at the university are far more helpful. Considering what staples sells and is not a niche market, they really have to work on their customer service. I came in for printing on Dec. 3rd in the morning and have never dealt with a ruder store associate in my life. For that I and my group are turned off staples for life. I can buy school supplies and print my stuff in other places. Thankfully the printing services at the university was able to successfully help me print and bind my project.

Just had a fantastic experience at Staples. To start off, I'm an avid online shopper, I would say I do 80% of my shopping online. I was in the market for a new lazer printer for my local business, I looked at the big online suppliers twice for such a printer but couldn't really find what I was looking for in the right price range. I decided to check out Staples, because my wife recently bought a new printer and the service was great. A young man names Adrian (I think) was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect printer at a fantastic price, another sales associate complimented my son and bought him some chocolate, also the check out girl had a nice warm welcoming smile. TL:DR Great printer at a fantastic price. Sales/Service staff went above and beyond.

I would give Staples zero stars if I could. They should find another name for the "Business Centre," because the staff are certainly not trained to deal with Business clients. My printer at home died and I had to print a document at the last minute. Had some issues printing. Asked for some help - eye roll. Impatient. All the while I am being billed the 30c/minute. Told them the error message I was getting - print job was cancelled. Was told that it was because the document was in One Drive. Huh? Emailed it to them - they don't have One Drive. Tried to print on my own again - same error message. All the while, getting billed 30c/minute. Little box finally pops up - Printers are offline. No one knows why it is offline or how to bring it back online. Told to perhaps try the public library...at 8:50pm! I can appreciate that it is late, and everyone wants to leave on time. But Staples needs to step it up. I keep going back, time after time, giving them chance after chance - perhaps it was an off day, maybe a tough environment, not enough support - but the service here is consistently terrible, rude and unprofessional. Done.

Acer Monitor lasted less than a month used it for maybe three hours , the staples store refused exchange because it was 4 days over thirty days. They give no support , that's because they sell extended warranties at a profit. I would not recommend this store.

Just had a really unusual experience at the print center. Purchased something, realized I had made a mistake and went back in. One man was busy helping a customer, so I stood at the desk trying to get the attention of a young woman behind the counter. She spent probably 10 minutes pretending to work and doing everything she could not to look at me. Basically slowly walking around and occasionally stopping to stare at random objects. At one point (I kid you not) she accidentally made eye contact with me, then immediately turned and stared at a printer screen that was clearly turned off (it was facing me). Compared it to her watch, then slowly walked away while staring at her watch. I waited quite awhile. Additional customers were waiting for help at this point to, so I left. I'll have to go back later to try again with someone else. I gave two stars instead of one as during my initial visit I was helped by multiple helpful employees.

What can I say. This store is not managed well. Went in to purchase office chairs. They were not in stock (ok, not a huge deal since we needed 5). Ordered them with the sales associate, arranged fo them to be delivered to our business once they arrived. Were told it should only be a couple days. We had to pay up front for the chairs. 2 weeks went by with no delivery. Attempted to call the store to find d out what was going on. Unable to get through on the phones. So, online we go. Contact the general help desk through their website (which is showing that the chairs we bought are only taking 2-3 days to be delivered once ordered). Anyway, we get a response from customer service who forwards us to the email of the GM for the store we purchased our chairs from. So we deal with this guy and apparently our chairs have been sitting in their delivery bay for over a week. So we arranged again for delivery. Another week goes by and still no chairs. Manager is no lo get responding to emails and still cannot reach the store by phone. We ended up sending someone to go pick up the chairs. They were treated very rudely by the manager when they were at the store. We finally get the chairs back to our facility, put them together and start using them. Another 2 weeks go by and we get a phone call from the Staples store to tell us that our chairs have arrived and are ready to be picked up. Really???? Can you not do better than this? The only reason they are getting a 2 star rating is because the sales girl who sold us the chairs on the day of the initial purchase was fantastic! Very knowledgable. Hey Staples, you should promote her!

Went here to look at computer desks today. Not only did they have nothing in stock, but the guy working the floor was not very helpful. I asked him for help, and he seemed annoyed and advised me that he was already helping another customer. Totally understandable, but I never saw him again and after waiting 20+ minutes I had to ask the cashier for help. I realize the people working here are making minimum wage, but I myself used to work in retail and I at least tried my best to help people. There's really no excuse for such terrible customer service. There's really no point in shopping here. Most items they sell are available online for lower prices with free shipping. The only advantage of shopping at a store like this would be for better customer service, which doesn't exist. I've gone ahead and ordered a desk on Amazon for less money and free shipping. Curious to see how long it takes for this place to go out of business..

I phoned ahead to have ink set aside and left work early and showed up 5 minutes before they were closing and they told me they had already shut down their cash registers. If you want to print information from the internet go to the Calgary Public Library. Printing is free at the Calgary Public Library. Forget Staples. The staff will refer you to a self service counter and refuse to be of help. Use the library..

Apparently the extended warranty sold by the store only comes into effect after one year. Find out how easy it is to communicate with a manufacturer. If I wanted to fight with an "800" number I would have ordered on line. Don't pay for the "extended" warranty, there is no support from the store.

The printing department in this store is terrible, I went in wanting to print a document that I uploaded to their website, because last time I used a USB stick to transfer files they charged me money and I didn't want to pay extra. I go in and ask the lady working there if can pay for the print job at the register and she said yes once I send the print job through. So then I ask if it went through and the lady said yes and didn't add anything afterwards. (I also received and email confirmation that my order was received) She only said that it will take about half an hour for her to get it and for it to print. Which is ridiculous considering the file has been uploaded and I had access to it on their computer. Two of my friends and I were chatting in front of the printing area and the lady didn't bring a receipt or didn't ask me how or where I wanted to print, instead she kept working on her own thing. So my friends and I go to check out items that we were buying from other departments and we stood in line for about 10 minutes at the cash register and still the lady from the printing department didn't come in to bill me or anything. So my friends and I didn't make much of it and thought we could come back once the print job was over (again the lady had about 10+ minutes to tell us we still need to pay). So we left staples and went to have a coffee and came back after the half hour mark, only to find that the job was not printed and the lady told me that I still had to pay. So I told her that she didn't specify when we had to pay and that we were in the store so she could have easily called us. So she said she did tell us (which neither me nor my two friends recall all we recall is her saying I could pay at the cash register). And then after I said OK I'll pay, she told me I had to wait another half an hour which I couldn't really do because I didn't have a ride. So I told her to just cancel the job, and she didn't even care. She didn't even put in minimal effort to help me get my job done and didn't give me the information necessary to complete the print job. I wanted to print something for my friend for her birthday and it was supposed to be special, now I'm gonna give her the gift late a couple of days because : 1. I don't want to print anything at staples anymore because this is the second time they screw me over. 2. Tomorrow is a holiday and everything is closed. 3. By the time I got home other printing places were closed. I am very displeased with the service their and definitely won't be using staples anymore PS. The rest of the staff there were very friendly and were very helpful when we needed assistance

Stay as far as possible. One of the worst customer service experience I ever experienced. I purchased a laptop who turned out not to be working well at all. After a review from my office IT technician, I was informed that the laptop had been opened before, that the hard drive was fried so I had to bring it back to Staples. I therefore brought back the laptop within 10 days of purchasing and explained the situation. The manager immediately started interrogating me as if I was a suspect. She rapidly declined any responsibility given I had asked my office IT technician to have a look at the laptop (as I was trying to avoid having to return the laptop). Ultimately, a store clerk, who was clearly more customer-service oriented than the management there, told me that he would send the laptop to HP on my behalf. I will now have to wait 2-3 months to get the laptop back. Had it not been from this store clerk, I would have been left with a non-functionning brand new laptop and I would had been stuck dealing with HP directly. I run a business and I have no time for this. The customer service at Staples Brockville is beyond pathetic, especially from the management. From one customer to another, buy elsewhere!

This store is so helpful, Nick had called the Brant Fairview store and reserved the phone they were out of stock on. In the end I did not get the phone because the other store was very disorganized and not well managed, and the phone they ensured was in stock to Nick, was not. If you want a professional staff go to Davidson Street, Burlington. The manager there seemed hands on and was actually managing his staff, unlike the other store.

Since I have a life and no time to wait for such minimal service, I took my business to Minuteman Press on Charing Cross and will never look back.

The week before Christmas I went to get the pictures I had drawn laminated. Paige at the print shop was helpful and friendly. Despite the obvious rush of Christmas orders, Paige stayed cool calm and kind! Rav in electronics was very informative and helpful, he took the initiative to expand on questions and offered multiple options! Thanks for the great service!

Wonderful service at the copy center. Needed photocopies of documents a copy of a picture on photo paper - usually have to wait but it wasn't busy and done immediately. Black and white copies are .11 page and color. 40 page. You can copy yourself and pay at the copier (need credit card...dz not accept debit) or have copied for you for a $3.00 charge for document copies. Photo copy prices vary by size. Would definitely use their services again.

Came in last night, was there about 35 minutes looking for a new office chair and desk. One person came, got a price for me then took off. Came in this morning. Said good morning to gentleman at first till, no response. Went to look at chairs and desks again. Set timer on my phone. Not one person came to offer me assistance in 30 minutes. Walked to front, 3 guys standing there not looking busy at all. Let one guy know how long I've been waiting. An apology was offered but then didn't even say he was available now or anything to help when I allowed for an opportunity for said offer which just turned into an awkward silence. So I just left. Will not return. Would rather drive further for better costumer service.

Heaven help you if you use their self serve computer workstation for scanning/copying. It charges by 30 second increment (pressure much?) and the instructions are not self-explanatory. So, if you dare, you can try to teach/train yourself - but you'll be paying for it! Every 30 seconds! And if you fail, you walk away with a potentially hefty charge on your credit card after having accomplished nothing except to aggravate yourself. One star.

You will find what you need here for sure, but as the times are changing these stores are becoming less frequented, since you can typically find what you need at big box stores, or online. Still a great store though, and even though its been years since I've been in school, the smell still takes me back.. not sure if that's a good thing though lol Only gave 4 stars as the prices in Staples (all Staples not just this one) are quite over priced - and the section for computers or computer accessories is weak.

This review is based on my recent experience trying to buy a computer. I was in about a week ago, with the 100% guaranteed intention of buying a new computer. I looked over the products, and had 1-2 in mind for purchase. I had just been at Best Buy 5 minutes before, and had shoddy service. I waited patiently, as there was only one associate in the computers section (understandable, as it was fairly quiet in the store). But the associate looked at me a few times, didn't even acknowledge me. He wandered off at some point, and another associate ambled over and talked to the customers who had been there before me. They asked for the first associate again since they had been dealing with him; so the second guy wanders off. Another customer entered the area in the meantime; then when the two associates came back, Associate 1 goes back to his original customers, Associate 2 looks at me and goes to the man who entered AFTER me. I'm 6'2", so I'm pretty hard to miss. No acknowledgement, no "I'll be with you in a minute." I had pretty much the same experience at Best Buy, so I walked out. As did my $300+ in a guaranteed sale.

When staples re-newed their website they chose not to backup any of the files that their customers had uploaded online. Now, when you go to use their "Easy Re-order" service online, you cannot simply re-order, you have to load your documents again. This is a SLAP in the face to all of your customers! Whoever decided to whip the files clean and not notify your customers is a living brain donor! Epic fail! Thanks for costing me time and money! Oh, and don't bother calling this location to ask them anything about the order number- they don't know what that is! Great staff! NOT!!!

Went to staples to browse around for some products and was greeted with a happy genuine smile and a good morning how are you . The salesperson Debbie ask if I needed any help and I said I would like to see if you have this product as I pointed it out she went to check quickly and returned with a happy smile and said yes we have it in stock I talked to her for awhile and noticed she had passion for her work very rare do I see this nowadays. I talked with her for a while longer and purchased the product.i was so happy when I left the store and how I was treated an excellent shopping experience.i will be back in the future if I need anything
