The developer took ill and the theme that I purchased for the site was not updating. The developer of that theme decided to no longer update it and sadly behind the scene my website started to fall apart. I was in despair and needed to find someone who could fix the issues. Mark Burdon provided me with an introduction to Mallory. They were not able to easily swap out the theme so they rebuilt the website for the price they quoted of fixing it. That was amazing and such a relief. The staff were extremely patient and professional. They responded very quickly to all my inquiries via email and telephone. Training was excellent. Andrew was the head developer who worked on my site and provided me with an hour of training to bring me up to speed on the different aspects of this new word press theme. He was patient. Understood my questions and walked me through with ease for the technical areas that I was struggling with. There was no confusion for me or overwhelm. And when I went away to make changes to pages and work on my blog I could remember all that he showed me. And Andrew clarified for me all my questions on SEO and gave me the tips I needed to move forward in this area.
