We were in need of a regional marketing campaign which was supported by a custom website and full digital marketing campaign. 44 North built an entire responsive web experience which was optimized for mobile, tablet and desktop users - the website was designed to convert leads through phone call, live chat and form fills. The team at 44 North Digital Marketing was incredible from end to end. We came to them initially because our online lead generation efforts were good, but not great. We had built them in-house and had many different platforms and plugins talking to one another. Leads were getting overlooked or lost, volumes were too low to justify the costs, and the customer experience was not great. The 44 North team cleaned it all up. They started with a thorough assessment to REALLY understand the heart of the issue, figure out who our ideal customers actually were, and then designed an entirely new lead generation system including ads, trackers, landing pages, and our own mini CRM system that streamlined the entire process. They have been THE difference maker for our business. The only mistake I made was trying to cheap out on this in the beginning and do some of it myself.
