An excellent location, the store is laid out perfectly so kudos to the manager and roots sales team! I grabbed some trademark roots jogging pants and was helped by two amazing staff members. The location is very clean. Overall I’d say with the amount of people that visit here during tourist season it looks like hardly anyone was there at all that is how spotless it is

They messed up my online order and gave me the wrong item. When I asked to exchange it for the actual item I paid for, they said they can’t just exchange it. I would have to purchase the item that I already paid for again and then wait for them to refund me for my online order. They said the refund would arrive within a week, but I received it only after two months of back and forth with customer service. Pathetic.

Above and beyond. If I could give you 10 stars, I would. Walked in and Allie behind the counter greeted us. I was looking for some sweat pants and Allie pointed out styles and location. I ended up purchasing 2 pair. Was also asking about shorts, witch sadly were not available in my size. 3hrs after visit, I received email from Allie that shipment arrived and they had my size and she put them aside. Amazing customer service.

If Supreme was America's brand, then Roots is Canada's Supreme. High quality, good looking products, for a price. This location is well kept, and perfectly situated on the main street in Banff.

Always visit here when I come in to town. Probably my favourite roots ever, could be biased by mountains. Hats were on sale, which was nice since they were originally $40... they are expensive but good quality! And always has a good amount of gift worthy apparel with Banff logo :)

Amazing store with even better customer service! We only had a couple of days in Banff and really wanted Roots Banff shirts. Our sizes weren’t out on the floor yet, but Mike went above and beyond rooting through boxes to find us our sizes before we left for our next adventure ????

Site says open till 10 pm. Went by at 9:15 pm to make a $298 cdn purchase and they wouldnt do it. Sadly, I'm leaving before opening in the AM.
