Joseph was wonderful! After a horrible experience of ordering a phone upgrade via phone, with all sorts of promises that were never delivered, I decided to head into a rogers store today and I'm so so glad I did! Joseph took such good care of me! He made sure I got everything I was promised and I walked away extremely happy in the end! Honestly, hands down the best customer service I have had ANYWHERE in a very long time :)

Wow, you would imagine a big cooperation like Rogers would hire and monitor their employees on customer service. Clerk wearing his hoody and headphones behind the counter, had to tap his shoulder to get his attention, clearly looked like I was bothering him.....no problem, sorry to bother you, I'll take my business elsewhere, there's a Telus store on the next block

Nathan fixed the internet access problem on my phone in about 2.7 milliseconds and should be paid more and given a company puppy to keep him company in the kiosk.
