I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently Ricky fixed my computer. I thought for sure I would have to send it back to Samsung who said they'd charge over $1,000 to fix it. Ricky fixed it the same day for just $85. I'm still kind of in awe at how simple the whole thing was. I just gave him the username and password for the program and then cooked suopper as he did all the work. Very impressive. Will recommend! A+++!
