Seattle Word Press is more than just a website designer. They are your personal website "IT Concierge Service". Somehow my website got hacked by a "BOT" and Noah with just a single phone call coordinated with my hosting service, previous website designer, and IT service to identify the problem and get me back up online. Long story short this problem was not a simple fix or patch and lead to Noah having to rebuild my site from an old backup on the host server. A trusted source recommended Noah Britton. Even though Noah was on vacation with his family he was able to contact his staff and get our problem fixed quickly. They also detected some other concerns that we were not aware of. We now have a monthly contract with Thrive to ensure our website remains secure. We can also check in with the staff at Thrive if we have questions. We rely on the site to let individuals know of our services and to gather donations to maintain our services so having a secure site in very important.
