I've been working with the web guys for a few years now. When I first got out of the Marine corps in 2011 I took over my father's business. His website was bad. Terrible actually. I knew nothing about designing and maintaining a website. It just so happens that when I moved into my new home, my neighbor worked for a guy that designed websites. I thought great I'll use this guy to help me along. I worked with my neighbor and his boss to build my new website. When it was all said and done it was well beyond what my father had done. After a few years I knew it wasn't producing the results I wanted. But I also didn't know what questions to ask the designer. I wasn't coming up on search engines like I wanted. So what did I do ? I started searching key words and phrases specifically on Google related to my industry in my area to see who the top companies were. Well one of my competitors/friends was coming up constantly on the first page of Google and everywhere else. I happen to do a lot of business with this competitor. So I looked at his website and decided to call the company that built it. Enter the web guys. Well, when I first called about designing my site they asked the typical questions and I told them how I found them. To my surprise they told me they would have to check with my competitor to see if it was ok. They spent a lot of time getting my competitor to the top of searches. So these guys are not going to sell you out to a competitor in the same industry in your area. My friend/competitor said that it was ok, we do a lot of business together thru out the year. So I started working with the web guys on the new website. Here we are years later, My site is great and I'm on the 1st page of google for all the search query's relating to my industry in my area. Any time I need to tweak something they are there to help me. They have been a pleasure to work with, and easy to get a hold of. I'm glad I found these guys. I'll continue to work with them. Been a customer for years and noticed that they doing worse and worse job every time I asked them to modify my web site .Had another company check on them and performance of my web site have many errors and broken links. Tried to move to new SEO company and provider. Roger - the owner initially promised to let me get all the log ins credentials then lied to me and gave me wrong ID and passwords. When I asked to correct it - he send me an e-mail - can this wait till Tuesday - I have a Indianapolis Race this weekend. He never send me those log ins and tried to force me to stay with them and keep paying monthly fees. Today he cut off my both web sites and is no longer working. This review hopefully will be a big warning for all of you that using their service. I will be updating this review as this situation will progress. This just happened few minutes ago and each day without my web site running creates financial losses for my company which only one company will be held responsible - The Web Guys My advise - don't let them have control of hosting and always require Web Site Administration log ins when you paying for web site . I spent easy $15 000 on both web sites and thousands of dollars in monthly fees for years and it is my property just to find out that my both web sites simply vanished today. Update: After my review on Facebook both web sites are up but no access to my web site has been provided. Roger is giving me passwords to My Twitter account and google that I didn't asked for and playing that this should solve my problem. I am keep asking for administration log ins to my web site since May 25th without any success. Chad Smith turned my main web site up but disconnected SSL so nobody could enter it. Later on they turned it off again and Chad Smith was keep telling me that he is able to see my website. This is what kind of dirty games" you can expect from those scammers. They do not work on your SEO codes - they do job once and do not maintain it. They got this "sugar talk" and sound professional on the phone - this is the only weapon they have to make you think - that they are the best. Update. My lawyer has to be involved in whole issue and finally I was able to switch. Of course they still played games with me and make my web site not working during that switch. It cost me a lot of stress and I think this is "Gangster Style" treatment. Now I noticed that The Web Guys trying to hide reviews on Facebook by adding OUR REVIEWS on front page with Fake Customer Lobby Reviews that is paid review service. They are bunch of scammers.

Lost ball in high weeds. That pretty well sums up where I was. I knew I needed to do some type of marketing, or something. I didn't want to spend the money on one and done marketing ideas, I knew that whenever I wanted to find something, Restaurant, Business, you name it, I found myself looking on-line and knew that most everyone I know did the same thing. A few minutes later the phone rings, I pick it up, it's Chad Frazell from the Web Guys. He saw I had called and called to see if I needed something. I started talking and he walked me through a few things they could do for me. It all made a lot of sense, so, we got together and the whole group of people working there are outstanding at what they do. I kept getting in my own way, wanting to analyze everything, afraid the site would convey the wrong message.
