It was very easy to work with Simplistic. They were clear about the whole process from the beginning (thanks to their sales representative). They delivered everything we asked for on time. Our project manager was great. She would respond to our questions & asks fast and get them solved in a reasonable amount of time. She was also patient and understanding with our last minute changes/asks. As a team, they guided us well, since this was our first time building a WP site. The user manual they provide can be more user friendly and extensive but when we were stuck, our PM would helps us so it wasn't a big issue.

Our experience working with Simplistic have been pretty lame. Our website is not optimal, the back end is complicate to use. They have never meet with us, beside the one time I when to their office to discuss the block road that need it to get fix. The customer service is like here is a video, figure by yourself what we did, maybe they are good for small web project, but for a content platform its a big no. They don't seem to care at all if we are happy with their work and I regret pretty deeply I have spend over $18K with simplistic. I couldn't be more unsatisfied with their over all knowledge and the result.

I wish the descriptors where a little more bold. I'm a luddite, and this computer world is scary. Up until meeting Itzik I've felt vulnerable and unsettled...... and then I got lucky. I can't say enough good things about Itzik and his team. They have been able to not only extract what's in my head onto paper, they've been able to code it into a plug-in.
