Awful response time for support. I didn't get a response to my request for 2 weeks. It wasn't until after I started leaving messages on their Instagram that someone finally replied to me. We were not about to get it working, even after asking two different electricians to look at it. Now we are waiting for a refund but they are ignoring messages again. Would not recommend.

Great product. I have 3 installed for about a month so far, with plans to install at least 1 more. Installation was very easy, same as installing a dumb thermostat for a baseboard. The faceplate isn’t as responsive as I would have liked, but still a great product. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a smart baseboard thermostat.

I purchased one Electric Baseboard thermostats over a year ago to test it out. We were planning renovations so if it worked well I expected to buy more. The unit was a breeze to install, looks great and works great. Based on my excellent experience with the initial unit I have bought more of the baseboard units with the same experience. All of my family members have the Mysa App on our phones and are able to control the thermostats from anywhere. In most of the rooms we have established schedules geared to our lifestyle so to be honest I give very little consideration to issue any more .... the unit works. The units are also able to give me information room by room for energy consumption and cost. The unit also provides a history of Set temperature, Ambient Temperature and humidity for each room simply reviewing this data every couple of months has revealed alit about our Electric usage for heating. I currently have 3 of the companies New Air Conditioner Thermostats on order with the company. The units will provide the same functionality for each of my Daikin mini splits in the house. I am looking forward to the release of the new product in May so that I will have all the control and data I need for heating my house in comfort while saving cost. I am more then satisfied with the company and their products.

So far I had the chance to install 4 devices and they work wonderfully. Electrically it's the same as installing traditional thermostats then software setup was a breeze, not a single bug, second try or anything. Controls are almost instant from your phone and it tells you precise temperature of each room along with humidity. On top of that it looks sick on the wall! So far I LOVE them! Plus the team is super nice and answer insanely fast. Strongly recommend!

I first experienced Mysa while looking after a suite for a friend. I’ve used another Canadian company who has an early 240v thermostat and they worked okay, but were clumsy to manage. One died eventually and they did replace, but it was a difficult interface. Mysa not only has a solution for the baseboard heaters but also my infloor heating at a remote ski cabin. I haven’t had to use their costumer services yet, after a year of smooth use but I have read other reviews stating the user was thoroughly satisfied. I appreciate the monthly power user reports that are pushed out as well. It clued me into a renter who has left the thermostat cranked up and on hold before I ran up a huge bill. Love the look. (Translated) Installed 2 thermostats in my condo in Montreal for my baseboards and no problem for the installation. The manual is well explained. Works well with the Android app. I also connected my Google homes with and voice control of temperatures is good. I had some problems with the Android application but everything went back to normal using their support. Very responsive support for that matter! The application is in its early stages, it may be missing some options but it will surely improve over time. J'ai également connecté mes Google home avec et le contrôle vocal des températures se fait bien. J'avais eu quelques soucis avec l'application Android mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre à l'aide de leur support. Support très réactif d'ailleurs ! L'application est à ces débuts, il manque peut être quelques options mais cela va sûrement s'améliorer avec le temps.

I love the slick design gives it a modern look. Super easy to install, safe to connect and great features. No more coming back to cold rooms and high bills! I purchased a smart thermostat for my in-floor heating. This thermostat does everything you would expect a smart thermostat to do. Its very user friendly compared to my previous thermostat which was a nightmare to operate or program. The look is stylish and clean look. I use google home as the smart platform. Though it’s manufactured in another country, the Mysa is 100% designed and backed by a Canadian company. Way to go!!

Update:I did end up buying 11 thermostats they work pretty good and have help lower the electric bill. I hate to speak ill about a company but they never answer the phone. I was going to buy 11 thermostats that’s roughly $1300 worth but since I can’t get a hold of anybody and I’ve tried many times I decided against it. Custom service is very important especially when dealing with Internet connected devices. I now have a lemon please

this is the worst T-stat ever. It doesn't work manually and won't pair with my wifi and there is absolutely NO PHONE NUMBE FOR SUPPORT! Beware, each question you email them will take 3 days for an answer and then it will be incomplete! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

Great company to deal with. I've had their baseboard unit for sometime now with excellent results- app is top quality. I had a return (My own account, no issue with the product) and it was the best exchange I've ever had in terms of simplicity. There folks are excellent - watch for them to continue to grow and produce top notch gear as time goes on.

(Translated) The technical team was very supportive at the beginning of the problem with the purchase of a thermostat for my air conditioning, but for two weeks of waiting; Cannot speak with anyone by phone, no phone link is available. All done by e-mail. Long wait to resolve a problem. A return for a defective or ultimately incompatible product after claiming it was should be refunded with free return shipping costs. I'm still waiting for a response for a solution. Hoping for a good outcome because I believe that we have a beautiful product, must simply be refined. After this note left on Google map, coincidence an e-mail the same day saying that they did not arrive at a solution to solve the problem and that I am suggested to return it for a full refund and free delivery due to one. compatibility issue that shouldn't have been. Everything went very well on the way back. I wish their team will continue their efforts to solve and improve their product, because seriously they have a future! (Original) L’équipe technique m’a été d’un grand soutien au début du problème avec achat de thermostat pour mon air conditionné, mais depuis deux semaines d’attentes; Impossible de parler avec quelqu’un par téléphone, aucun lien de téléphone n’est disponible. Tout ce fait par e-mail. Longue attente pour résoudre un problème. Un retour pour un produit défectueux ou finalement incompatible après avoir affirmé qu’il l’était devrait être remboursé avec frais de retour gratuit. J’attend toujours une réponse pour une solution. En espérant un bon dénouement car je crois qu’il on un beau produit, doit tout simplement être raffiné. Après cette note laisser sur Google map, coïncidence un e-mail la même journée comme quoi il ne sont pas arrivé à une solution pour résoudre le problème et que l’on me suggère de le retourner pour un remboursement complet et livraison gratuite du à un problème de compatibilité qui n’aurait pas dû être. Le tout c’est très bien déroulé pour la façon du retour. Je souhaite que leur équipe continue leur efforts de résoudre et améliorer leur produit, car sérieusement ils ont de l’avenir !

I would give this a 5 star rating because overall the design and function is great. I bought 2 units. One works great, no problems with wiring, connecting to Wi-FI and the app response to the unit is great. My second unit works great too if your commanding it from the app. However when I want to use the touchpad to manually control it, it does not function as the other one does. I have replaced it twice and it has the same problem. If Mysa's response time was better or they had phone support I would have given this a 5 star rating.

Installed 3 Mysa for my baseboard heating . I had to reset once by going to my electrical breaker box and turning off the power because the touch screen was not working. I tried calling a distributor since the company does not have a phone number but the distributor said they no longer carry Mysa because the company will not answer calls. The thermostats work great now but I cannot recommend due to poor customer service support. Go with a company you can call.

I ordered a bunch of these two years ago and they worked perfectly, paired easily and never an issue. We moved and I just ordered two for the hew place and they are RIDICULOUSly impossible to connect/pair to wifi and they fail by going off wifi all the time and then I can’t pair them to wifi again despite following all the troubleshooting tips they have. I’m not sure if they have changed the design in some way that now makes them do hard to use but I’m supremely disappointed and wish I never even ordered them.
