Ian was never honest from the beginning when he created my website. He told me that i will have everything included and that wasn't true. To access to my business email was very complicated and difficult. I'm receiving emails form customers and I can't even answer them because of the format he did it on. Also, when I did receive emails, his email address was on it too so he received all the information. He also never gave the money back that i paid for email campaigns. There was always things that i needed to pay for because there was always something that i needed to mention to him. Not honest, unprofessional and not happy overall with the service I got.
