Extremely poor set-up along with non existent customer service. This place is completely unorganized and extremely slow. Ikea should seriously review and revoke this place as a collection point. It's embarrassing for that brand to be assiociated with this 'place'. Save yourself the $79+tx and avoid this place like the plague. It is that bad - seriously.

When in Newfoundland and find a need to order IKEA merchandise, have it delivered here. Delivery cost is only $49 per order no matter how large or small the order. This location is Same Day shipping that are very organized (don't let the building fool you) helpful with friendly staff.

Staff are awesome, it just needs to be open better hours. And for the parking lot to be paved. If you get a good wind on and some of your IKEA items are not wrapped, for sure it's going in a puddle.

This location worked perfectly for my pick-up. We had 18 items delivered and they helped us bring them to our car. Delivery only took 8 business days. I see most people complaining about the hours but the hours are listed when you make the order. Having to live within the 10am to 3pm time frame is much better then paying an additional $100 in shipping IMO. Would use this service again!

I had to wait for ever for someone to show up at the counter. Also the loading area isn't dimension for a vehicle and trailer. It's too small to maneuver easily.

From the time they call you to the time you collect your order - easy going, lovely and friendly people. Will be ordering again. I rather deal with the collection point staff over the the actual IKEA people. Highly recommend this location!
