At this point I have done a fair bit of business with diamond design. Every time I went there my experience has been 10/10, beyond expectation. The owner of the store, Pat is exceptionally friendly and one of the most down to earth person I have ever met. Don’t matter if you are looking at a $300 item or a $30,000 item he will treat you with the same respect and quality of service. My sales associate Paul is a real watch enthusiast, which I appreciate because it’s always nice to be able to share the same interest with your sales rep. He is polite, very professional and he KNOWS WATCHES! Just have a chat with him and you will know what I mean. Customer service at diamond design is 10/10 every time and that’s why the business has been able to maintain a 5/5 google review for a very long time. P.S I don’t ever leave feedbacks anywhere, unless I feel like I owe them a review. Diamond Design is by far the best service I ever had. Can’t ask for any better!
