Called in and the Admin / Secretary was just unpleasant and grumpy to talk to - it really is disappointing as she is the voice of the company - I think they would know this being a "marketing company"

Great promo company. They are boutique, so yes a little more costly than some companies, but they sell quality products and their reps will be with you the whole way. Definitely worth every penny.
